This plugin is really wonderful to use with various mics and voices. I've never entertained the though of owning it until I saw this post for the offer. I loves the presets offered, set it, add a little tweak and your off and running. Read the SOS Magazine article about the plugin. Great find Larry as usual ☺️

If you set the following within Preferences->File->Initialization File: TempoImportErrorThreshold=0 ... the tempo will be imported exactly as it was in the old project and won't try to fit an envelope shape to the map.

As a Cakewalk user since it was a MIDI sequencer (pre-Digital Audio versions), I don't do much with tempo changes, but I used your question as an opportunity to try the new Tempo Track. I didn't try using an loading an old file, but I was able to get something that looks like the traditional tempo view. It was a quick test (my first time trying the new Tempo Track). [references to the Early Release program (including feedback/bug reporting) removed since 2021.04 has now been released.]

PLEASE update the auto-save of this program. Instead of auto-saving into a series of auto-save files like Premier, Cakewalk Auto-saves OVER the previous auto-save file, and just rewrites and rewrites it over and over. What happens is if Cakewalk crashes WHILE the auto-save is re-writing, it can truncate the auto-save file, rendering it useless, and only giving you access to the last manually saved version of the file, not the last auto-save version, which is potentially devastating if its been a while since you last manually saved. ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS ISSUE???
