I guess it'll be an hour of awful so probably avoid 😛 In 2016 we played the ProgPower USA festival in Atlanta, and we were given the option of having the show recorded and filmed, so that's just what we did. We just made this free to watch after years of it being paid video on demand. Tech drama galore on the day, so there were a few patch ups back here in the studio later, but otherwise, this was all mixed and produced in SONAR Platinum (and I wish I had some of the features CbB has now back then!) and then sync'd to the video which I edited in my NLE. My audio machine at the time was in desperate need of an upgrade and, in fact, the audio data drive started to corrupt the project after a while, so I had to redo a lot of the corrupted automation, which was just freakin' neato. 🤨 Another good reminder to do daily backups and to never assume your gear can't fail on you. Anyway, lots of heavy metal type music, sweaty men running around a stage, silly gags, and... being both a heavy metal band and Australian, it goes without saying that there's an explicit language warning that goes along with this video! You've been warned! HAHA! Enjoy!

@Asato Maa - For drag/drop to work, Windows requires that both applications are running as the same user. While running both as Administrator might work, it's not recommended. You'd be better running both CbB and BandLab Assistant as a normal user.

You are exactly right. You select the desired ASIO driver... then assign the following ports (you can use one or two mics): Monitor L/R outputs Send to Rig (feed going to the Amp input) Mic input 1 Mic input 2 Instrument input (guitar) As you mentioned, it's very similar to setting up a Capture using Quad Cortex. Note that if your audio interface doesn't have proper re-amp functions (many don't), you'll need a re-amp DI box.

CS version is pretty generous! Those 10 amps are essentials that every studio owner would dream to have.

The Pro Channel EQ is a pretty good EQ but it needs some updates to make it better. 1.Solo frequency bands (This will make it so much easier to hear what you need to eq in or out) 2.Brick wall EQ Slope for low and high cuts (The best way to completely cut off a frequency of a sound that you want to eliminate the 48 curve is cool but doesn't get everything and seeing that you can only use one EQ you have to use another third party EQ to do this action like Ozone or Fab Filter ) 3.The option to add more eq bands ( Some times I need more bands when doing subtractive EQ and run out of bands before I can finish removing what needs to be taken away and once again you only get one EQ to do this) 4.More than one EQ on a Pro Channel (requested before but hey why not ask again) I think these updates to the EQ will help alot of people out and they wont always have to reach out for third party EQ's to do these features. Please +1 the request for the Bakers to take a look at adding these things to the EQ and let us know if there is anything that you would like to add to the EQ.

Nothing challenging. Nothing ground breaking. Just a nice little indie folk tune in an unusual open-tuning. I've been unusually active in writing recently and this one came together in a flash. I might need to return to it at some point to sort out the vocals....if I don't get lazy I think it could make a nice album filler.

Hi, Gary. That's a nice song. Lots of good stuff going on in the mix, but it seems to my ears that the attack transient of the kick drum is getting washed out by the bass. Are you ducking the bass audio with the kick drum attack? It just seems a little undefined to me, but that could just be personal taste on my part. "Reisen" in German means "to travel." What does it mean in Norwegian? I'm old enough to have met and dealt with real hobos. That was a culture with its own rules. They weren't homeless people in the modern sense. Hobo was a lifestyle. I remember them coming to my parents house looking for a meal, but insisting on doing some kind of work first before accepting food. They had a secret mark they used to indicate homes that were receptive to hobos. I looked and looked, but never found it. But I know there was one there, since they stopped by regularly. Always on the move. Every hobo I met was a good person. How did the band pick Hobo Train for a name?
