The intention is to keep it FREE and OPEN SOURCE: “And just like we’re doing at MuseScore, we’re now planning on significantly improving the feature set and ease of use of Audacity - providing dedicated designers and developers to give it the attention it deserves - while keeping it free and open-source.”

I seen the Sunset Studio reverb when it first came out for 199.00? For a guy with dozens of decent reverbs already I didn't fancy myself getting it. At this price though it was a ...wait for it.......................no brainer. I used it on my last project. TBH I could care less what it mimics or who used it or what albums were made at that studio. To me that's all tinsel. It actually SOUNDS very nice with some wonderful go to presets. That's what matters. Well worth the dough 👍🏻

[Updated to fix punch record issue] Here is a new build 147 that should resolve these issues. We'd appreciate you trying this build if you are affected by any of these problems. Issues resolved: Recorded audio clips placed late on timeline by the ASIO record latency New Preferences | File | initialization file setting to control the sensitivity for error detection. 2020.01 has stricter error checking and as a result some projects with plugin's that internally cause errors errors may not open. You can work around this by adding the option ExceptionHandlingSeverity and set it to a value of 5. After restarting the application this may allow projects that crashed to open. (assuming they opened in a prior version) To go back to the default setting, delete this value (the actual default value is currently 7) Staff View not updating after nudging nodes Loading pre Tempo Track projects by default will not attempt to create envelope shapes from the tempo map. Track View no longer visible in Keyboard Shortcut category dropdown PRV Aim Assist line slightly off when left is scrolled beyond zero Tempo Node delete can delete selected clips

It's one of the better limiters out there. I have had my eye on it for awhile. Just used it in a small project. Compared to some of my other nice limiters it sits at the top of my list right now. This don't sound "limited" using it yet they are noticeably louder.

Yep. Same here. If punch is set one sample past zero it lines up perfectly. But Punch from zero is late. FWIW this would never affect me. I always start recording at measure two or later. .... Is this a bad place to whine about not having negative measures? ...

So, I had a chance to get a quick play on this and it really does sound wonderful. I keep asking myself;” ok another Mosaic Series, what could they possibly do?” Annnnd they always seem to do something that surprises you. I am hoping to get on stream soon to share it so be on the lookout for that. Also there are additional discounts for owners of previously released Mosaic Series libraries.

Is there a way to do this already? I haven't found it. If I select multiple WAV files to import into an audio track, Cakewalk creates a new track for each file and aligns them starting at 0:00. It would be nice if we had the option to: Import the files sequentially into one track Cakewalk created Arranger Sections for each file, with the file name

That decision was made before I joined the team. I don't know the reasons behind it.
