I like Neutron 4. And YES, we're counting on RX10 and Ozone 10 Advanced as the "2 Flagship Product Updates"! I certainly do NOT see "Nectar" as a Flagship product, so I don't think that will be what's referred to. Just those 2 upgrades will be worth a few hundred bucks IMO when they are released. I just wish it was RX10 Advanced. That might be a good reason to get the 'Everything Bundle" as that includes RX 9 Advanced , and if RX is one of the upgrades, that would be cheaper than upgrading to 10 Advanced from 10 Standard! I WISH they had come out with the MPS 5 and Everything at the same time. I would have just done the Everything, as I have the previous Everything. EDIT: I guess the REAL question is IF they will upgrade 9 Advanced, as it is the MPS5 that contains the "2 Flagship Upgrades" and not "Everything"....so who knows....the way they did this is giving me a headache, and "I don't like tea, it gives me a headache........eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeww"4 points

Yep, if you ever want to see how little Izotope either know or care about what products you already own, just log in to your account and look at your "loyalty offers".3 points

I confirme 1-Little game of differences, on the multi "Bio Diversity I did not put the part 3 or part 4 but it's the same on the other parts the filter is disabled in Syntronik 2! This bug affects all Syntronik 1 multis in the beat, groove and groove split folders. On the other hand with Syntronik 2 version 2.0.2 when a preset was not loaded correctly by a multi, there was an asterisk before the name of the multi and before the name of the faulty "part" but there is nothing anymore, unless you check with Syntronik 1 you'll realize it more🙃 2-The resonance of the LPF "O-type filter" still doesn't work on Syntronik 1 presets loaded in Syntronik 2. 3-The cut off, resonance and AHDSR envelope of the BPF "O-type filter" still don't work with the Syntronik 1 presets loaded in Syntronik 2. 4-In addition to that, the difference I heard on the "O-type" filter, even with a resonance of 0, between a preset loaded in Syntronik 1 and 2 is confirmed (...by me😄) BUT ON ALL FILTERS Already with the unmodified preset (first audio item) we can see a difference in level Same thing on the last 2 audio items, one with an LPF 'M-type' and the other without any filter. => The bug is not only the filter section or enveloppe filter... On the 2nd audio item, with effects disabled, on the 3rd and 4th with effects disabled and OSC 2 disabled We can see that Syntronik 2 does not respect the envelope (or envelopes) since there is a 1 beat and 2 step shift to reach the maximum audio level of this sweep! These 3 bugs affect all Syntronik 1 presets loaded in Syntronik 2, all Syntronik 1 multis loaded in Syntronik 2 and all Syntronik 2 multis containing a Syntronik 1 preset (or part)! If you want to test, it is more obvious on low notes. I also made a small render on the multi "Cold Lead" without the effects So we find the same bug and sound differences !3 points

Naw, you still have nearly everything (all but Chiccerelli for me). Just don't go back and add up the money you've spent at IK over the past decade (for me at least) and you'll feel much better (than if you did!!)3 points

I haven't posted since the old forum days. I just wanted to say that I really appreciate the new updates and the continuing support of Cakewalk. I cut my teeth during the 12 tones days and I am just accustomed to the workflow.. I was disheartened with the all of the business decisions around ownership and did move to another platform.. I prefer this product and hope that it continues to grow and strive in its new environment. Ok.. About the update.. I have the SSL UF8 (2) and this update makes me very happy.. I have not seen any issues at this point and I am glad that I can now use the controller more thoroughly in my preferred DAW.. Thanks Cakewalk and the bakers for this personally relevant and important update... Be well...3 points

Nice thing about Tracktion stuff- 90 day full featured trial. How many times I have laid out the $$ for a "ohhh shiny!", and moved on before three months went by 🙄2 points

That would involve me interacting with another human being. I already visited my parents today. Enough is enough. Ok, this was just GAS talk then. I really shouldn't be doing this. My money is already gone since I splurged on a Novation Peak and Roland TR8S this weekend. Damn you people. I'm waiting for BF. Too bad if the upgrade will be less interesting than now.2 points

Totally agree I have 36 products bought before that decision, and the same number today...2 points

dearVR MUSIC is definitely binaural, not just stereo. I composed and mixed these two pieces with it: But you can output stereo and make use of the excellent reverb settings. This article discusses the differences. But it helps to watch a video on PRO. PRO has 46 room presets, MUSIC has musch less. You can actually draw in the shape and size of the rooms for your own presets. Among other things there is an occlusion control that allows you to adjust the sound of an object as if it's blocked by another virtual object--a cool feature for mixing. https://everythingrecording.com/plugin-alliance-and-dear-reality-dearvr-music-and-pro/ I am thinking about doing a video at some point about binaural mixing. That's reason enough to get the pro version.2 points

Correct. And the SIlver Jubilee went for $19 at one point. I need the 2203 (currently $49) and Marshall cabs ($35) to finish the Marshall Collection, which would cost me about $80 at Plugin Boutique right now...or I could upgrade to the Marshall Collection for $159? Yeah...that makes sense. Sure, I'll gladly pay DOUBLE to get the name "Marshall Collection"!2 points

Always a fan Doug, so 👍's here overall. A couple of little crits. There's some "hash" in the track at times and I think its a bit too much distortion on the bass? Much prefer the tone on the guitar in the left can in the second verse to the overly "woman toned" main riff; but that's just me. (reminds me of Clapton's strat "tone" post the red 335 days; he pretty much sucks the life out of everything; again that's just the PAF lover in me...) t1 point

I've tried to find the answer to this question - as far as I know, yes; Music is a 'lite' version of PRO. On the dearVR website, it says that you can upgrade to PRO, so I take that as meaning the features in PRO are a superset to those of Music. Happy to stand corrected if I'm wrong though.1 point
