I have them through Compose Cloud and they are all pretty good, probably the best of this type of library, and Voices of the Opera actually made it to one of my finished tracks,2 points

The latest build, with either Mercury or Tungsten theme, should show the Arrow icon on the Smart Tool button and the I-beam on the Select Tool button. The fact that your Tools module says "SONAR" on it indicates that you were using a custom theme. If you switch to either of the standard themes or to a theme where the theme's author has updated the Tools Module to reflect the changes, your Tools Module should show the correct graphics. Matthew White and Steven Cook both have themes with updated Tools Modules, and I believe that Boston Flowers has also been updated.1 point

https://imgur.com/a/YHkXA7G I'm trying to show a picture of the new UI for Meldaproduction's MTuner. Given my history of success with putting images on this forum, somehow, I suspect it might not be. I don't want to use the forum's own thing where you click on it to enlarge it and it gets smaller. so I tried imgur, but I can only get as far as having the link show up as text. However, that doesn't change the fact that while we weren't looking, or at least I wasn't looking, Vojtech made MTuner polyphonic. The picture, if you can see it, shows all 6 strings of my guitar ringing out and being analyzed by MTuner. And it's quite accurate, too. I can just call up an instance of MTuner, strum across all open strings, and tune away. Just a heads-up (and a bumpity-bump for the thread). If you don't have the Meldaproduction Free Bundle, then for heaven's sake go get it.1 point

Wow. A lot easier than I thought. And I see that the products I get through the group buy (except for the one I paid for) are not transferable. Thanks!1 point

As you can see on the image below, when there is a docked synth rack view with many items, if you use the mouse wheel to scroll, it actually doesn't scroll, what should be a standard behavior, like all the other windows inside CbB:1 point

Hi FMented. I think you have a great start on this number! It reminds me of something I heard on a show I was watching on TV. It was used as background music in scene with a bit of tension or anticipation. BTW, I think the guitar sound is rather cool. I like the wide panning that you have used. However, on my cans the instruments panned left were a bit low. The interplay between the edgy guitar parts and the softer piano part are a great contrast in defining the edgy nature of this song. Perhaps adding an intro and outro would add to the length of the song (as mentioned above). Also including other edgy parts using other instrumentation or other extended riffs (e.g., a distorted guitar lead ?) would help to extend the songs length and add an extra level of "edginess". Just a couple of thoughts. I look forward to hearing the final product.1 point

If you purchased it, yes you can. Just click on the License button on the product. If a red "Transfer" button shows up you can sell it...it's that easy!1 point

@Noel Borthwick, one day, when focusing on improving CbB for videos, take the time to fix the problem of start time randomness, that is, every time you play and stop a video, it never goes back to the same frame, always varying a few frames, for more or less. It's happening with AVI, MP4 and possibly with any video format.1 point

IK couldn't reproduce the crash and just kind of left it there for now suggesting contacting CW - I have just now. Seems odd with all the reports of that here, no? ...Dave1 point

Nah it's 96 samples. I agree, it's unusual. It appeared recently in the newer Focusrite Scarlett utility, previously it just went form 64 to 128 samples. Well I use algorithmic reverb and don't use linear phase EQ's. But I know what you're saying, when it comes to doing the final mixing then the buffer size will have to go up probably.1 point

Many synthedit plug-ins try to write to disk. Depending on where the plug-in is installed, it may require running CbB as administrator so the plug-in can create the files it needs. May want to look for alternatives rather than relying on old synthedit software.1 point

It must be only certain Nvidia Video cards. I have one (an MSI GTX960, not over clocked) and I am not getting any latency issues in CbB. In my Nvidia control Panel - Manage 3D settings, I have my Power management mode set to Prefer Maximum Performance. I actually measured the current draw between modes and it was only a 3 watt difference. In fact, all power saving features on my PC are disabled. Those settings are really only for notebooks when battery life might be important (or maybe for those where power costs are insane).1 point

I work for Eventide and have seen this issue. We've given customers the same workaround. I didn't realize so many developers were having the same problem so I had our engineers reach out to PACE in hopes that they can fix this.1 point
