Interestingly, that's the only FF plugin I have as well. The good thing about their plugins is they're all excellent and you can't really go wrong with any.3 points

Thanks guys for all the ideas, very helpful 👍🏻 I am sure I am only scratching the surface of Q3 but whenever I use it I think it is brilliant. I used the brickwall high pass EQ setting recently and was amazed at how well it worked.2 points

Until I read this (see below), I didn't know Pro-Q3 had all this.....including a compressor2 points

Yes, this is correct. You're good to go! The download and the installation combined will take about 20GB of space, which is why we suggest having some extra room.2 points

Ok thanks. I just wish that IKM would offer a version of Axe I/O for those that already have Amplitube MAX (plus a few other Amplitube add-ons) at a reduced price. Something like a crossgrade; even a 50 EUR reduction would tempt me. At present with max Jampoints it would be 300 EUR for Axe I/O (around 274 GBP) inc VAT. That much would buy quite a few really good audio interfaces such as the Audient id22 or Scarlett 18i8.2 points

I finally decided that I'll not sign the PA sub. I'll buy their plugs if and when I find the prices are worth (not much hope, though). The only sub I have and I'll keep is the Groove3 for $15/mo as it saves me a lot of time almost every time I need to learn a new tool.2 points

The Orange Machine...definitely NOT my taste....ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww....2 points

Thanks to this, for this brief moment in time I now have no "Not Purchased" gear listed under Amplitube and T-Racks in Custom Shop. And no left over bonus picks! Until they decide to expand this. 😐2 points

I've got nothing left to get on the list, so will have to evaluate if they add another tier!2 points

Having Mouse Wheel Scrolling of the (in my case LOOOOOOOOOOOOONG lists) of plugins, rather than (or in addition to) the "up & down arrows" would be a Godsend, and very greatly appreciated! Thank You!1 point

Well and with PA ...? I guess you have a lot of stuff already ... i was checking bundles for my students and i c ame to the conclusion that you can have top notch stuff for "life" for a one year sub on 5 brands , period ! waves gold : 99 $ soundtoys : 149 $ (optional) lex pcm :149$ Waves cla /ssl/api on deman 29$ one or personnaly i would go a bogo (or more) from ik tracks stuff that get you cover from mix to mastering . waves omnischeps : 29 $ i could add izotope bundle and they would have evrything they need to be able to mix stuff right ... I don t even talk a out kanglehm , vahalla, tonebooster , freebies ...balcroaster ...ect if they need stuff here and ther as well as second hand PA stuff that are near free ! Lol1 point

Me either. I have never locked anything. What I do is save as an unedited version and save incrementally thereafter with a save as.1 point

Pro-Q 3 changed how I mix. Mid-side is brilliant. I want to go back and re-mix all my old mud. And Pro-L 2 is the best limiter I have ever used. Those two would be my pics. Wondering if the Fab reverb is any vast life changer? As I have several other excellent reverbs, does the Fab have any unique qualities?1 point

The obvious companion would be Pro C2...but, as Mesh said, you can't go wrong regardless of what you decide!1 point

I already have both Fender Collections and wondered if I can register another new license at IK (if I get it from JRR for $49)?1 point

Unless you bought at a discounter, like JRR, etc...then you wouldn't pay full price but would get credit for full price in your IK Account1 point

This would be great if everyone also posted a picture of where they come from.1 point

I remember back in the day when this came out Rockworld Music store wanted about $149 for it. And back then I said I wasn't going to spend that much money for a pedal. I ended up getting the Phase 90 from mxr. And use that for years. I think it was the mid 80's before I broke down and bought a Ibanez flanged. So Yaksman, I am in 100% agreement with you on they have lost thier mind. If you need a good flange sound, go to IK and buy Aplitue and get the Fulltone add-on and try the TERC. You get that woshing sound, plus a better chorus. Plus a few more goodies for around the same money as the PA plugin. Subscription ain't looking good.1 point

I also use Bias Fx Pro and Amp2 regularly and of course never had this issue as I don't use it from track templates. Still, that bug needs to be fixed.1 point
-
And just to be clear, I wouldn't pay $149 for a hardware flanger, let alone a plugin flanger! If I need whooshing noises that bad, I'll just make them with my mouth...1 point
-
May want to consider BIAS w/ caution as Noel et al have confirmed a pretty serious bug w/ BIAS in CbB and it's up to BIAS to fix, no idea if they have or not in this version.1 point

That's how I've been playing this game. Seems the old version always comes up on this...Vegas 16 is next...1 point

Oddly, the Blowout shop, 9 out of 10 times, is higher priced than the Main Shop when you use the GROUP code...ALWAYS check BOTH!1 point
