It's only being offered for sale so satisfy the anti-subscription type backlash they got when they released some plugins that were locked to the subscription or hardware. Plus if you want to sell the UF1 the SSL Meter licences doesn't transfer so those people will need to buy ! FWIW - UF1 > Cakewalk not supported.
