You get Tonex Max with full size pedal, Tonex SE comes with ToneX One The $299 or $299 thing is if you don't want the $100 off offer/coupon (assuming that you're offered it) you're welcome to use your Jam points instead; they don't stack. Or at least that's what I recall. Since I picked up mine a while back I haven't been really following these offers/sales/deals.
