    I've tried that, but the presets dropdown is blank - it opens and takes up about 1/3 of the preference popup height, but there are no entries. I also tried creating a new map, clicked the disk icon for save. The map file was created in the specified location, but it doesn't show up in the dropdown. (I've updated to the latest version of Cakewalk - 2019.09(Build 70, 64 bit).

    Hi, I'm enjoying the 2019.09 update, thanks to the Bakers! I also would like to thank CbB staff for a fix when renaming markers with right+click on them! I don't know if it was just me but before this update doing so would maintain markers dialog box and it was necessary to click 'OK' again to finish operation! Best regards,

    Is the 3° issue still persisting on CbB 2019.09? I think that bug was addressed in the new release. The rest are excellent ideas, if would be great if you submit your requests directly to Bandlab by the CbB help center.

CWBUG_InsMeas_Simple.zip Note - I left some MIDI clips at various points in the timeline to make navigation easier but it does not represent meaningful musical content per se.

    About the track duplication, yeah, I just noticed it does do it now. I just recently updated Cakewalk and it didn´t do it before. My bad. Cakewalk Version: 2019.09 (Build 70, 64 bit) OS: Windows 10 Pro, Version 1903, Build 18362.418 CPU: Intel i5 9600k Motherboard: MSI Z390-A Pro RAM: G.Skill 16Gb, DDR4, 2666MHz Cakewalk is installed on an SSD, while all the project files are recorded to a harddrive.

    Just tested it here and I did not experience this issue. I used a 16 track MIDI only project that has multiple markers every 2nd measure. I insert a Meter change. All items moved by the inserted number of measures entered. CbB 2019.9 Build 70

    The driver version I'm have is 4.63.24.564 dated 27 July 2019. This is for the Scarlett 2i2 2nd gen If you log on to your Focusrite account, you'll be presented with the correct version applicable for your audio interface.

    This topic got me looking for the Studio Instruments as well. I can see the .BMP files for each instrument but don't have a Studio Instruments folder. I've searched for the .dll files as well, nada. I'm running 2019.09. I also checked Bandlab assistant for an install/reinstall. Nothing there either. Any way to reinstall the Studio Instruments? Anything else I can do?

    As the thread says VST3 does support program changes but it is very poorly supported by plug-in vendors. Most don't implement it at all and many who try and implement it do it poorly. In 2019.09 we added support for program changes via a new Preset parameter that can be automated. This is unique to CbB since other DAW's don't allow this. You can even assign this to a widget in the inspector to change the program change value from CbB. This will only work if the plugin actually implements VST3 program changes properly.

    As has been pointed out, it varies from soft synth to soft synth. Just some footnotes regarding program changes in VST3s. I was doing some research based on your question(s) and found these which might interest you: (1) Discussion board at Steinberg from February lamenting "No Program Changes in VST3." (2) from the 2019.09 "Features Overview" here (emphasis added--"for plug-ins that expose . . . program changes"): Hope this helps.

    There is a more recent Nvidia driver (dated 1 Oct 2019) than what you have that is compatible with the GT635. Still update it, even though I don't think this will stop the pops and crackles. https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/152007/en-us Do you have onboard audio that also may need to be disabled? Have you disabled core parking on your CPU? Turned off speedstep? (Intel sometimes calls this EIST) . In Advanced power settings set CPU min and max, both to 100% Go start run and "control powercfg.cpl,,1" (copy and paste without the quotes) to quickly get to these settings. In fact, disable any and all power saving options you can find.

    Hello again Promidi! Thank you very much for your help. My videocard is the NVIDIA GeForce GT 635. Driver date 5/22/2019, driver version 26.21.14.3086 Yes, I've turned off the audio. Thank you for the suggestion re: the power handling of the card. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to have done anything with this particular problem. Any other ideas? I really appreciate everyone's suggestions!

    "My" copy of 2019.9 is 600MB... The full install includes a lot of extra files such as plug-ins, utilities, samples and other support files. The actual DAW is much smaller and that is what the Launchpad copy process works with; that is the source of the ~155MB figure.

    I have problem with GUI UVI Workstation 3.0.5 x64 VST2.0 on Cakewalk 2019.09-70 - Windows 10 Pro 1803 / 17137.137 x64 Video - Radeon RX580 CPU - Ryzen 2700X I Have Reaper 5, Cubase 10, Studio One 4.5, Bitwig 3, Waveform 10 - no problem.
