Most companies going to subscription are doing it the "Microsoft Way," not the "Adobe Way." They will obviously prefer you to subscribe, for obvious reasons, but the perpetual licenses are still available.

This seems to be an OS related problem, I can reproduce what you see with CbB on Windows 7: Lasso-select a single envelope node also selects all other nodes in the range of the (underlaying) clip. "Select Track Envelopes with Clips" has to be checked. The problem doesn't occur with Windows 10 here, works as expected. CbB Version: 2019.09 (Build 70)

Just wondering if anybody who uses any plugins from Waves has had a problem with Waves Central version 11.0.43 2019. I did the update yesterday (Fri 11/22) and it gets stuck loading at about 75%. I left it be for about 5 minutes and it eventually completed the load but when I went to update one of my plugins, that got stuck a 98.4%. I had my security software disabled for the update and tried uninstalling/reinstalling, but no change. I emailed their tech support but still waiting. Wondering if anybody here had a similar experience with this version. I never had any problem with any previous versions of the manager. Thanks 🙂John B

First thing i did , all preset gone , then i contacted support , they said delete data base witch i did : no go !!! From one specific version may 2019!to any versions after i get this problem , so i so want to buy v7 , but i will have to use may built with nov previews thats the headache !!!

Johnbee58, My Waves Central Version 11.0.43 2019 installed without a hitch. I updated several plugins to version 11 and they updated just fine.

I've put up an update of the template with three additional versions that might prove helpful. This takes a long time to fully load. BBCSO Basic-CoreArt Only 3 articulations per instrument, long, short and a legato. Everything disconnected. BBCSO Basic-CoreArt-AllEnabled Just the 3 core articulations with every instrument connected/enabled. The all enabled versions take longer to load of course and even once the template opens the samples will be loading the in background. The CoreArt All Enabled version takes about 51 seconds to open and around 3 minutes to fully load for me. It uses around 15 gigs of ram (reports 6.96GB).

The have that type of installer which assumes we are all i*ts and even don't know what we have and what paths are... Pro Tools, Cubase, DigiDesign or something else how we could know such complicated thing, Or picking customized paths for VST? Forget it... So no questions just trashing disks with all possible versions and paths and... defaults they assume... I bought 6050 and was disgusted by it. Additionally to creepy (let's be nice) installer, the thing had a lot of bugs which discouraged me to use it Sound also wasn't anything special comparing to competitors... So I am skipping those prods and giving them a credit for future waiting till they will adjust level to at least 2019 standards.
