Shane, it's hard to write original christmas songs. Great job.

First of all the song is great...lyrics, music . Bruce's voice is first rate. I was listening on really nice headphones and it sounded to me like the kick was clipping. It might just be a little intentional distortion, not sure. This could do really well on a bundle of different charts...I guess that's how things are measured these days. Good luck with it.

I liked the reference to pierrot lunaire even if unintentional. Pre dodecophonic schoenberg would really relate to this composition. Verklaerte nacht...etc This was wonderful.

Liked the chord changes, the harmonic extensions rather than power chords. Also, liked the positive vibe in the lyrics. Hope the new year brings you lots of happiness.

I felt the outward pressure, and I felt the equilibrium. It's amazing what you come up with using synths, so many possibilities and you choose just the right ones.

Thank you so much for taking the time out of your busy day to listen to my music.

I think I've heard these before. I'm impressed with the instrumentalists on these. Daryl's song have a tinge of nostalgia which I really like. *happy holidays* forum monkeys.

It's been awhile since I've been in love, it's probably why my songwriting is suffering. Great song about a universal subject. As usual your lyrics are stellar. I thought the ending was ok, the suddenness being like a question mark at the end.

good job ewoof. You have a good ear.

I just picked up a pair of Audeze Sine headphones really cheap. This sounds magnificent on them. You've got energy in all the right places. Love the drums. What are *mt power drums?*

I love men who love their mothers. There's a disturbing number who don't or didn't. Is there any way you can post *memorial* with the video, or is it too personal?

beautiful, yet anxiety -filled somehow.

where ya been kloon? Liked the changes on this. who is lucy (one k away from being lucky)? Your voice is infectiously youthful on this track.
-
liked the evolving structure. There's a theory about beauty that it is asymetrical in character( ?)

I like the rough edges. Cheerful, thanks.

This was very ez on the ears. I think you may have nailed it.

wow bats...ez isn't ez at all...like those rapids. But you make it seem ez, that's the key. Are you making a living with your muzik?

Beautiful soundscapes; Well produced and radio ready.

It's tex mex but with your own signature on it. Ending was abit abrupt. Love it.

Thanks men. I received some criticism on another forum about the tone of the strings and the balance, so I re-jiggered a little. I still think it could be longer....

Sounds like a heartfelt song. Good men come and go, but family will always be there. Could be a great movie song. I think you could go further with this and make something bigger at the end. You have the beginning, middle but it's dying for a climax.

well done, tim. Like treesha said it takes one on a journey. the key difference I've found between classical and movie/games is the use of repetition. It's completely different between the two. Thanks for sharing this, brightened up my gray day.

wish I was there! Horns are great...what did you use? iconic guitar solo.
