  1. @vechung- disgusting? agreed! It creeps me out just to think about it! Thanks for the listen! @Makke - many thanks! please watch out for the flies . . . @freddy j - wow that's very kind, thank you! It's such a silly idea and I ought to know better. Glad you got a chuckle out of it! @Max Arwood - yes without the vid, it's elevator music! I'm very glad you liked it, thanks for the listen!
  2. Killer delay on that lead vocal in the intro! The whole thing is a bit depressing, isn't it! Your musical treatment is very listenable and very solidly produced. Honestly, though, I'm just not in the mood for musical explorations of this! I'm sure others are, and hopefully you get some good charity rolling from it. No faulting your song, it's well done for sure. cheers, -Tom
  3. Loved it, I saw all the edits and comping, wow great project! I liked the spirit of costuming as well, big fun. See you on Reddit! -Tom
  4. Parboiled! will be her Empty schemes . . . a Fraud! to a venerated Meme! thanks for the listens and I appreciate crits and feedback, oh yes indeedy!
  5. That would be the Radio Silence. Bummer, I can't see it either, gotta be a Brit I reckon. One more reason to envy them!
  6. Beautiful vocal over cool chord changes. Guitar is liquid, supportive, alive. One crit FWIW I'd drop a little more ambience on the sidestick and the hihats/cymbals, they're hecka dry compared to the guitars. cheers, -Tom
  7. Indeed, having heard your voice, I conjured it in my head whilst I was reading, and it works! But I'd also vote for your real vocals if you can, but if not it's a fun little adventure as is. -Tom
  8. I love that clean guitar tone, it's the highlight of the mix! I also like your vocals which convey that 80's sophisticated alley vibe. Cool bends of that lead guitar as well! Mixwise, the drums are pretty far back, maybe scootch them forward a tad, particularly when there's no vocals. Maybe go full 80's reverb snare? I dunno. Just drums louder would be an improvement. I also was missing the bass guitar, but in this song it's not a feature. The main parts, vocal and guitar, are very strong. Well done you night ranger! cheers, -Tom
  9. Stray cats to sharday, huh? I don't get that one. Because I'm
  10. Que es syrah? Syrah?
  11. U rainin' 'em down, usually.
  12. Easy on Starise!!! Besides, I've seen his TED talk on food labelling, it's compelling. Meanwhile, he's right in that if you are an older dude eating those abominations, you're probably prediabetic. That's what it says on my label.
  13. I like this equal to the original . . . love your own stamp on it. Super clear mix and killer smooth vocals. I love a band called The Samples and this is in that same sweet spot. I would only offer the crit that you really got your money's worth out of that one tom fill Really cool job, sir! I look forward to your next Red Button adventure. cheers, -Tom
  14. Track was AWOL when I clicked in, will check back . . .

This izzzzzzz great! Maybe a bit more reverb on the lead guitar? Something to thicken the tone of the lead, just a bit? It definitely has a groove! cheers, -Tom
  16. I hope that's your voice, what a treat to hear a vocal in your work! It sounds good in this! Keep it coming! the delay is perfect for this Floydish tune. Overall I found the volume of this track on the low side, anyone else? Or am I going deaf? What? anyway I liked it! cheers, -Tom
  17. I have no figs left to give because I couldn't give a fig.
  18. If that's all through a wordbuilder, then my god what a load of effort! Did you sing it, pitch it up, then autotune? Whichever, for me it kind of works, better in the chorus. The verses suffer a bit for intelligibility. But the overall effect is pleasant, and the simplistic mix elements are very nicely separated. Maybe just a bit more volume on that bass synth? I like this tune, and if someone was actually singing the verses that would be hard to beat. It's plenty good as it is. cheers, -Tom
  19. Waiting at the bus stop with some killer horn section playing lovely dissonant jazz hits! I liked it and for this I would be sad if the bus ever showed up! Cheers, -Tom
  20. That was a fun listen, and I liked how you had your own vocal take. You guys who take on Steely Dan covers have my respect, such great songs and arrangements. On your vocal, you sing it your way which is cool, but a lot of your phrasing is just a hair behind the original. So it sounds like your phrasing is somehow too laid back. Again, compared to the original. I found myself wanting to click on your lead vocal track and nudge it forward just a hair! Of course your timing is your choice and my OCD is mine. 😵 Great tune and nice job on it! Cheers, -Tom
