Hi! Just for additional options, there is also another free Convolution Reverb, "Convology XT". I downloaded it a while back and has great presets. Of course, it depends on your taste. Forum member @CosmicDolphin and I have been conversing about an idea he originally suggested in this thread January 03, 2019: CosmicDolphin's idea is for users to have the capability to select the size of the character font used in the browser "Notes" tab window. Presently the browser "Notes" tab window character font is one size while the window is in focus and a smaller size when the window is out-of-focus. The out-of-focus character font size can be too small to read on large or high definition screens. Allowing the user to select character font size would enable the user to choose a font size that fits their unique needs. I would like to see a font size button added to the "Notes" window. Clicking on the font size button opens a drop down menu. A suggested location for the font size button would be next to the existing "File Stats" button. The screen shots below demonstrate what I'm saying.

Listen please everybody. I know you're just trying to help, but it's not happening. I'm finished with music. It's nobody's fault, it's just that I'm not talented. TVR is right and Tezza is right. I can't sing and it's too late to learn. All of these years I've been deluding myself into thinking I had musical talent. I don't. Yesterday and this thread were just a wake up call. It's been too important to me. There are other things in my life I should focus on, so I guess this is a way of getting my attention to that fact. My music has been just another form or masturbation. I can't even get my family to listen to it. Other than my wife and and a small handful of people on this site, I'm the only one who listens to it, and that's sad and pathetic! I've spent so much time and money on it over the years and it's nothing but frustrating. It's become a monkey on my back instead of something I enjoy and this is a part of it. It's time for me to re focus on more important things in my life. Facing reality is sometimes a cruel slap in the face. Well, June 6, 2019 was my wake up call. My music is dead. It's like losing a friend or a family member but I've lost many family members over the past few years. I'll get over it. You're right. I have no musical talent. Thanks for pointing that out. I used BIAB on two different songs for the guitar solos. Even the real guitar players on those collabs thought the solos it generated were more than adequate. Of course that meant I had to have the Real Tracks verson of BIAB. I too ratcheted my way up to Ultra+. FWIW, I tend to skip every other year for the upgrades. I'm on 2019 now.

I'm running Cakewalk by Bandlab 2019.05 (Build 31) and Melodyne Editor 4.2.1.003. I think these are the latest versions of both. When Melodyne works, it's great, but it's hit or miss when I create a region FX with it. Sometimes when the editor opens I have blobs, and sometimes not. I have tried making sure my timeline cursor is in the region. I have selected long regions (12 measures) and short ones (less than one bar), and it's erratic either way -- sometimes I get blobs, and sometimes not. If I have no blobs I can't do anything, so I "remove region fx" and try again. Eventually it works, but it doesn't seem to be related to anything I'm doing. It just decides to work. Any ideas about this? Thanks! UPDATE: Just noticed this other thread about what seems to be the same problem. User thinks it might be in the German version of Melodyne, but I'm using the English version.

I have 'Hide related VST2 plugins' set, and I have MeldaProduction VST2 and VST3 plugins installed. Cakewalk 2019.03 shows both plugins in the plugin list. Is there something else needed to hide them?

Agreed. I cannot understand why, in 2019 they don't have a clean and simple installation system like pretty much all of the other top tier "audio production software" companies.

I jumped on this as soon as I got the mail yesterday. According to GOG it’s free only until 1 PM UTC 1 June, 2019. I assume they mean GMT as UTC is a time standard and not a time zone, so don’t wait too long if you want it.

Back from my travels. Tried to follow your screenshot @Noel Borthwick but I don't have the choice to set clips to follow selection: Also, so far this evening, no blobs. Also, I just noticed that a Melodyne region that I thought I had rendered last week is not only still there, but it is the entire track, not just the region I selected originally. Also, I created a short Melodyne region, got no blobs, then discovered that I cannot Remove Region FX - that option is greyed out in the Melodyne menu, as is all the other options except for "Create Region FX. Undoing back to "start" doesn't get rid of the region, either. Closing without saving and reopening doesn't help - the Melodyne region is still there, with no option to remove it, and no Melodyne editor. I'm running Cakewalk by Bandlab 2019.05 (Build 31) and Melodyne Editor 4.2.1.003, but as I type I am downloading the latest Melodyne update (4.2.2.004). Since I have to restart my computer to complete the installation, I'll post this, restart, see if there's any improvement, and report back - right away, I hope.

In case you already have it but missed the recent update... Version 1.3.0, May 22nd, 2019: What's new in v1.3.0: 154 new presets including sampled guitar amp transfer functions, sampled outboard gear filter functions, room-tone/ambience filters for noise, mixing tools, female speech characteristics "imprinters", odd filters, mastering, thru-wall/thru-door filtering, and more. Updated preset manager now displays currently loaded preset name and features previous/next preset buttons. Main parameters have their resolution increased to three digits after the decimal point when editing numerically. Parameter values now displayed for controls that are being changed or that have the mouse over them. HPF and GAIN slider length has been increased to match DCY and AVG sliders.
