Rex, I think your voice married to this would be epic! You have a nice base and medley of synth textures, and they can support a kick-***** bass drum and whatever else you might try. Nice change of pace.
  2. You do Beatles songs as well as anyone I've heard in years. You keep it recognizable, yet you own the song by making it unique. A+
  3. Another brilliant song! I hope you go a long ways.
  4. Though I like both versions, I prefer the acoustic track. They both have a raw, powerful sound, but you recorded the acoustic guitar so well, that it just shines. Keep em coming!

    Losing Hope

You have a very powerful voice which conveys the lyrics very well. I think you've broken a mold here, but who's complaining? Thanks for putting the link to your videos up for view, can't wait to check them out. Kudos!
  6. All that stock I bought in Reynold's and Kaiser is paying off~~~ Thanks for writing this, it may not make up for the lack of face masks, but it helps. Just, don't forget to wear them!
  7. I love it, Wookie. Not what I expected, which is why I'm so happy with this. Now I need to turn it up real loud and play it for the rest of the inmates here!
  8. Fabulous, Daryl! Now it's time for you to do a video of one of your songs.
  9. This song and video are just right for this particular time in history. As Tom said, the drums could have come up a tad, but overall, this is about as good as it gets for this genre. I really was in the mood for this!
  10. I don't know about simple, but I like this song, and I think you named it well. I especially like your use of reverb to give it depth and an eerie quality that intrigues me. I don't know anybody who approaches music quite like you do, and I love it!
  11. Excellent cover of one of my favorite SD tunes. You've done a fine job of tackling SD lately, and deserve all the credit in the world for making them your own song. Carry on!
  12. I was lucky enough to see Martin Mull open for Bonnie Raitt when I was in college in the 70's. Besides being enormously funny, he played jazzy guitar at the end of his set, which blew away many people. In fact, he played with Bonnie during her encores and held his own. I'm glad to hear you paying tribute to him through this fine song!
  13. Long live satire!!! Your production is very apropo and I have to listen again. Yeah
  14. Terrific version, John. It evokes the Beatles while being uniquely yours. I'm surprised more people don't experiment with backwards recordings, as easy as it is these days. Good to hear you again!

I'm listening to this for the second time because I really like this song! Keep up the good work, Douglas.

    Four

This matches the mood I'm in today, as it's raining in Kansas City which has caused my mind to drift away along with this song. I find it very haunting, yet uplifting, as well. I wish the battery hadn't died in my M1 Keep up the good work and stay safe, my friend!
  17. Wow, what a timely PSA! This is the only thing that I'd like to see go viral right now Well done, Freddy, and thank you for your service!
  18. After reinstalling the newest update, the presets are there in the PC module! Thanks for fixing this. What an awesome update this turned out to be.
  19. Update: I just reloaded this update and found that the docking option problem I mentioned earlier went away.
  20. I really love the arranger in this new version, in fact, I've already put it to use. The only problem I've seen, so far, is that the docking options for the ProChannel doesn't work for me. The browser docking options works fine, just not the PC. I also didn't get any presets with the PC as others have reported. Otherwise, this will be a fantastic update when it's all ironed out.
  21. Sometimes you don't know how much you like a song until you haven't heard it in a while, and this is one of them. I like the texture of your voice in this, and it makes this version uniquely yours. All that stands out is that it is hot and bright, almost brittle. Otherwise, this is very cool. Nice choice of songs.
  22. Your voice is the star of this song which makes the lyrics very compelling. I think a simple arrangement is great for this, and the mix is very close. This sounds about 90% done, so don't overthink this. Stay safe!
  23. I think this is better than the first mix, which I liked. I'd be happy with this mix; everything is strong, well defined, and it has presence and clarity. Well done.
  24. This sounds like it might be the duration of the notes being shortened. If you're familiar with the Piano Roll View, you might check the duration of the notes there, where you can select the offending notes and edit them at once or singly. Consult the manual or the numerous videos on editing if you have any questions. Good luck.
