  1. I enjoyed this, has a great classic rock sound. Guitar playing is pro level. Dig the backing vocals which take a lot of extra work, nice. Wish more people would post the lyrics, but it's not critical to do so.
  2. Slick instrumental guitar rock piece! I like the inventive melodic passages on two guitars. The tones are freaking great.
  3. Second listen but I did listen yesterday which was Sunday afternoon, and forgot to comment. Are you playing a real sax? My gosh it sounds so nice. When the sax solo comes in it's like butter on bread. Such a relaxed vibe that sounds calming, and nice jazz harmonies. great guitar too. Check out my new song/video later today called "Secret Places"
  4. Wow the mood this creates is like an uplifting and mysterious journey! I especially like the chord progression. The effects and melodic bits are very nice! Watch for my new song/video later today- "Secret Places"
  5. I get a sense of peace, but also a spooky mood as if something could be out there. Major mode harmony tries to break through the darkness but the minor mode comes back, sometime both at the same time. Great title! Coming up with good titles is not easy, and this is one of the best. Very well done! That pianobook has amazing sounds. Did you make this for H day? Will be posting my new song/video today
  6. Well I'm a music lover of Scottish and Irish music and anyone dong Irish covers I want to hear it! Covers on guitar are rare so this is a real treat. Takes top skill to play these melodic tunes. Melody is the main driver no matter the instrument. The second tune is particularly busy and must be a challenge to anyone, whatever the instrument. There are probably 100's if not 1000's of obscure pup tunes that deserve to be played. Thx for adding the history notes.

Nice synth work like Blade Runner, but this is smoother. That bass captured my ears and wouldn't let go. Roland makes great plugins and if you said this was hardware I would believe it. Will be posting my new song/video today!
  8. Superb production and great song writing! I would like to see this band live. Is there more players in the group? Drummer, bass player? The vocal is pro quality. I'll be posting my new video tomorrow. Features beautiful voice of Lisa V.
  9. Enjoyed this! This is a short and sweet blues instrumental that makes you feel at the poker table but something aint right going on! Sweet guitar sounds and dig the Arturia keys. For the bass part? Very acoustic and nice mix
  10. Nice work on this old classic. I heard it many times on the radio in the car back then. I like the guitar tone and playing. Hit that sweet spot for sure!

Nice classic synth mix of arps and pads, The FX and balance is perfect. I enjoyed this.

Amazing how you layered the parts, and each part is musically interesting to listen to. My ear moves from the bass to the lead, to the wide pads, to the percussion... Nothing to improve to my ears!
  14. Well it sounds like the bass is playing a different song, or in a different key, but I like stuff like this! It's uniquely satisfying.
  15. Never heard you guys before- pro production! Lead vocal is a great singer! I also like Make Me Smile. Dig the lyrics "you got to move along..."

    ULTIMOTION

Festive! Perfect for outdoor orchestra concert! It could also be played at opening Olympics- when they walk in with the flags!
  17. My new prog rock instrumental. Guitar, bass, synth, organ, pads, piano, choir, violas, and drums. This is a remake of my "2012" first posted at Acid Planet. Made in Cakewalk. Thanks for listening. Caution- loud rock with wide dynamics. Thanks for listening- I'll check your latest!
  18. Thanks for the replies. After researching, I discovered dearVR plugin and it can place musicians in a 'room'. I haven't tried it yet since it requires win10
  19. This is guitar, piano, bass, drums, and a vocal. I think it's a live recording? The drums are SM Drums, sampled drums. How do I make a mix using plugin instruments to sound like it's in a live room like this? The bass is very wide and not just in the center of the mix. Also, just panning the guitar to the left and adding reverb to the instruments will not create this room sound. Is it possible? https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8sahgYlFzKreDd1cXgtU1kta00/view
  20. lol, "retro" is relative! Are you still using a 90's synth? Thanks
  21. I enjoyed this! The guitar playing and tone is sweet! I also like Yairi
  22. I created a video showing how I use 3 four bar melodies to make a retro sounding synth type track, using TTS-1. The track playback starts at 2:50 New link (edited the first to remove a lot of talking):
