  1. A7x's I considered the 8's but then decided they might be a little big for my studio control room. I have contemplated an Adam's sub but so far I have not really found the need. If you go for any of the Adam's you will notice a real difference between them and the Rokit's, a much smoother overall response. I found all of the Rokits harsh when I was looking at replacing my Event 20/20's which were passive.
  2. Interesting defiantly crying for some vocals, I would say to me here on my Adam's the top end is some what over prominent. It is not un like some of the early CD stuff it sounds digitally bright. Will come back for the version with vocals.
  3. Late to the party, seem to be a theme with me recently, I quite like the upbeat groove to this. Mix sounds OK here on the Adams.
  4. Easy on the ears, furry paw tapping tune, yep I can hear the Peter and Gordon sound here (does that age me probably). Nice one peeps.
  5. I like the somewhat sense of discord to the feel to this, it gives it an enticing edge. Cool grooving and nicely captured too.
  6. No problem @daryl1968 there is a large amount of brown sticky stuff flying around at this time and there also appears to be a number of vary speed rotary devices spreading it around along with some real numpties not helping. Your time, ears and comment is appreciated thank you.
  7. This was the second album in the UK my brother had the first I had this one. It had a dodgy track on side two a problem occurred during pressing. Not a bad cover for a band that is not easy to cover, perhaps a tad to much reverb on the vocal. JMFO
  8. You are most kind Ed the Bapu, thanks for taking the time to have a listen and comment.
  9. Unfortunately Bandlab does have it days Tom Thanks for finally get it to play, you can always PM you know and I would quite happily drop you a 24 bit Wave. 😎
  10. 😊😎 Nice little groove going here Daryl anyone you know?
  11. Nice bit of Electronic @DalaiTom, to many see the word electronica and immediately think of EDM. Which is so far from the truth as you exhibit here. Nicely done, mix works well, good solid beat to underpin, plenty of space in the mix for the voices.
  12. Do not apologies for letting it out Freddy, when it bubbles to the surface one has to let it go. As ever a nice bit of furry paw tapping grooving.
  13. Depends what you mean by R&B. R&B, which used to mean Rhythm & Blues, seems to have changed over the years is there nothing on YouTube?
  14. As always Jesse your music is an experience that needs to be experienced. No one could ever say you do not communicate with it. Some interesting stuff over your seven day marathon to which I have been listening to this early morning over here in the UK. As ever you do put your whole being in to it all thanks for sharing.
  15. @Jim Fogle thank you for having a listen to my ramble, glad you enjoyed it and my instrumentation choice, your ears, time and comment are appreciated.
  16. There is one thing that those Politicians are good at Nigel, spin, which in truth means lies.
  17. Not a big one for country songs but this worked here the mix sounded reasonable on the Adam's.
  18. Just for a change I am using my Event 20/20's which are passive and this mix still sounds as good as I am sure it would on my Adam's. Nice stuff Nigel. Lock down PITA for many, costly for a lot more, but I suspect it is better to be safe than dead ? Personally I have been out of the Falcon only 4 times since March 16th and they have all been since August the 1st.
  19. Thank you and it definitely fits the piece. What EP do you use? Unfortunately I can hear you got caught by a classic EP trap. EP's need some careful EQ to tame the way the top of the key board can become very bright and the bass can get its growl on easily. The Bass can really fill out and overpower the rest if you are not careful.
  20. You are a brave man playing with the wife's new toys before her πŸ€”Nice playing too.
  21. I had no need of a PC then, all my programming was being done on HP and IBM mini's running Unix and using terminals. I started using computer MIDI sequencing in 1988 on an Amiga.
