Not all DAWs are quick at scanning plugins. With over 1000 combos of VST it takes awhile. I can even make the quick loading Reaper come to a slight crawl. Devs using JUCE are experiencing problems with VST3 in many DAWs and are recommending people use the VST2 version. I'm fine on 12. I'm done. craigb Posted April 4 Share Posted April 4 I totally forgot that I have Reason 11... I've got a 40" 4k TV as a monitor that can rotate to portrait mode which, as I recall, would have been a big deal with Reason before with their virtual rack. No idea if it still is!
