I had created an account, and was logged in, and it kept telling me that I wasn't, and wouldn't load anything. The other problem is that you can't update patches you have submitted. "Oh, I forgot to record a quick demo for the patch!" - tough luck. On the plus side you can find a few of my patches there so there's that.
