  1. Problem with TTS-1 has been discussed many time, here's some you may want to read : and Hope it helps solving your problem.
  2. Bandlab Assistant informs me there's new update by the time I write this post... Only couple weeks after the last update. Changelog : Build 25.03.0.20 hotfix Some 3rd party plugins not compatible with asynchronous bounce Opening templates from Start Screen do not respect the default sample rate Bouncing audio results in gaps in audio for some users Start Screen not shown on app launch for some users Note: Fast Bounce optimization in the 2019.03 release has been temporarily rolled back in order to address regressions with 3rd party plug-ins that are not multiprocessing compliant. We look forward to introducing even faster bounce functionality in a future version. Anyway it's positive indication that the dev team listened user input. Really good job on their side Thanks alot guys.

  4. Sweet !!!!! Thanks for the info 👍🤩 Anyway, instead of dragging the clip to time line, I had to manualy right click on the clip, RegionFX, Melodyne, then apply region tempo. It works. Thanks!
  5. One of the best for Cakewalk was Roland A800 Pro. It is still the best IMHO. Not only it has really really nice keybed & feel (synth type), it also perfectly integrates with Sonar. The setup is easy, never had any problem in any Windows (7,8,10). Too bad it was discontinued couple years ago, but it is still available in many store to purchase.
  6. I think he opened some mp4 video in various DAW, and export the audio portion of the video as wav, then open the mp4 video in vegas and import the audio wav into vegas.. The result appears that audio which was exported from cakewalk somehow has delay (not synced) .
  7. Ugh, sorry the repeated post.... the forum goes wrong when I submit reply... Anyway, here's another link to the tool to make ins file of Yamaha MX : http://www.jmelas.gr/motif/bundle.php
  8. There's a thread in old Cakey forum : http://forum.cakewalk.com/Yamaha-MX49-ins-file-SOLVED-m2904203.aspx

  10. It has been my default favorite theme for long time. Easy in the eyes for long session work. Thanks Scook!
  11. I would love to see this feature too. I still use VertxDSP Multiinspector for ages, it's good, but it is 32bit plugin. Their site doesn't seem to indicate any activity for long time, so I guess they won't develop 64 bit very soon. There is a link to download their FREE version with limitation of max 4 tracks and 44.1kHz, if you like to try. One more thing to notice, even advertised as transparent analyzer, this plugin will color the sound! Once you insert it in the bin, you will definitely hear the sound a bit wider and fuller. It's not that bad, in many case I found the color is actually make my mix sounds better and fuller.
  12. +1 for this feature. In Adobe Audition, Waveform view, we have this feature (called "HUD" / shift+U) where we can raise or lower the gain with real time visual impact as we rotate the knob with mouse.
  13. I don't know about the "connect" feature in newer RX, but have you tried "Tool Editor" in Cakewalk's Utilities menu to add RX as Wave Editor? In my case the tool editor works good on RX2 without problem.
  14. FYI, I found this link shares info of awesome free VST instruments : http://www.hrscourses.com/index.php/blog/11-free-vst-real-instruments I tried them, and they're really worth to try!

    sustain with pedal

It would be better if you also mentioned your synth (VSTi or external synth). Anyway I suspect it's likely polarity problem. According to manual, the polarity of the sustain pedal is calculated by the keyboard when it is powered up. On power up, the sustain pedal is assumed to be in the OFF position. So if you want the sustain pedal to be off when it's not pressed, make sure the pedal is NOT pressed when you power up your Keystation ES.
  16. I used to use Cakewalk in my laptop during -set arranged- performance many years ago. I did not use it to playback sequencer, but rather to bulk MIDI bank / program change to 6-7 MIDI gears at once. I save all bank / program change within a song in a project, and connect my laptop to live MIDI gears. Big time saver, and I didn't have to worry about forgetting what sound should be loaded on synth A for particular song. Loading was not a problem since it was MIDI only data, and most of the time I only need to load 1 project before the show. Data of different songs were arranged / aligned in every 5 sequential measures, and add marker. So all I need to do was to scroll to (eg) measure 6 and hit play a measure to switch to second song, and so on.
  17. Thanks! 😁 Yes, it's the "Panic" button of Cakewalk Professional 3 for Windows. I still have it installed in my WinXP side of my current DAW (dual boot) and use it sometime (since 1994). If only Cakewalk re-release it to work on 64 bit machine...
  18. Happy anniversary! Thank you so much BandLab team for everything. Big hug to the community. Many more years of joy and excitement! Love it !
  19. I'm always under assumption, your age determines your sampling rate.... The younger you are, the higher sampling rate you'll record with. Those over 35yo will stick with whatever your interface telling you as default... Am I right? 🤣
  20. I hope they keep using the old 5 din MIDI connector.. I'm sure many of use still use synth / sound modules with that MIDI connector (non USB).
  21. 24/44.1 most of the time... Only when I knew I'm gonna do heavy processing then I'll do 24/88.2. I still use few VSTs that only works on 44.1.
  22. Love the update, specially ripple edit indicator!
