  1. According to the Synth Rack, there are two instances if Trillian inserted into the project: Trillian 1 and Trillian 2. Please note that neither of those have parentheses around them. I see both listed in the Output drop down menu in the track section: 6 and 16. I see that Track 12 (a midi track) is pointed to Trillian 1. By any chance is Track 11 the audio track for Trillian 1? To me it looks like you have a split Instrument track there, but maybe that's not what you did. If you solo both Tracks 11 and 12 and have Track 12's echo button on, does Track 11 show audio coming from Trillian 1 based on the midi data in Track 12? My bad. I got 4 inches from the screen and now see that Track 11 is an audio track, not the audio part of a split instrument track. What happened to the instrument track? Did you delete the Trillian 1 Instrument Track and put in an Audio Track there (either intentionally or unintentionally)? UPDATE: I just tried this with another soft synth, and I get the folder and track solo buttons lit up the way you have them and the synth is still in the Synth Rack and the midi track is still pointing to the soft synth that I deleted and replaced with an audio track. UPDATE 2: To turn the audio track (11) into an Instrument Track try changing the input track control widget to Trillian 1.
  2. Nice of you to post the strip for your @sjoens's icons.
  3. A few days ago some "expert" on TV said flipping a coin (50-50) would be more accurate than Punxsutawney Phil. Evidently the accuracy stats for the Groundhog is around 40%. According to WHYY:
  4. It seems correct to me. Whenever possible I use ASIO as the audio driver mode. However, for the MIDI driver mode I always use MME. UWP is a newer standard, but it doesn't work for my gear. As for your solution (not recording controllers), it sounds to me like the progressive latency in the 2nd half of your sample recording might be caused by controller data going from the KORG to Cakewalk and then being sent back to the KORG and somewhere along the line there was some heavy duty data jam. Not 100% sure; that just what it sounded like to me.
  5. I have images from the Theme Editor there. Let me know if these will work for what you want to do. UPDATE: Quick color change test: Happy color picking!
  6. This is not from thread I had in mind, but it is the kind of colorization I had in mind. Not sure if this can still be done.
  7. If I remember correctly those or maybe some other elements were changeable using the Theme Editor in a early release version, a few years ago, but they were changed I assumed for the sake of consistency. Not sure I left some test images up, because it was only relevant to an early release for a very short time.
  8. And that's why I dice up celery and saute it instead of using 3" to 4" whole pieces in soup the way mom used to do. I swear celery is more fibrous than it used to be. More crunch to the bite! Of course, sticks work well when stuffed with cream cheese or creamy peanut butter for the perfect crunch + soft and smooth sensory experience. 😋
  9. If you have drumazon and are interested in drumazon2, check your account to see if you still have a coupon for the upgrade.
  10. Had to add my iLok account info into my Eventide account. Just having their plugins activated in iLok is not enough.
  11. Just like I said, it worked. My tune played once I connected the midi out to a Roland M-GS64. Next (after closing out my tune), I selected File > New and chose a default template that has no tracks or busses, and loaded in a midi file for Elgar's Pomp and Circumstances. It has 17 tracks. TTS-1 did not open. CbB played the midi file. I don't understand what's so difficult about this. It does what it has done for decades.
  12. I don't know if there's an official way, but I just created a cwp file with a single, empty midi track and set the preferences to a hardware midi out port. I then went into a Windows folder and double clicked an old midi file I did in 1999. TTS-1 did not open up; all tracks seem to be going to my designated MIDI Output port. Although I have some old Roland GM/GS, I haven't hooked it up to test yet. But based on the led on my midi interface, it should work. I don't use cwt [template] files because I use cwps. But maybe you can do the same with a cwt file.
  13. In case the developer's name and work sound familiar to members of the Cakewalk Discuss Forum, see where the developer kindly contributed to the discussion.
  14. Note: If you updated Pigments to Pigments 5 last week and updated Analog Lab so that Pigments 5 works with it, check to see if you already have the current version of Analog Lab ( 5.9.1.4493 ).
  15. You might want to bookmark this topic and check it regularly so you don't miss the announcement.
  16. I would rather have them do an updated Command Station clone that includes updated sampling functionality based on the Emulator Ultra product line.
  17. WOW!!!! I haven't seen that album since college (college radio station days). Pretty sure this one was on our Top 36 List. Not sure if I was music director at the time. Totally forgot about that album, but we played it!!
  18. I hope that one is not from the waiting area in a hospital's Emergency Department!!!!! 😮
  19. DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles), DSS (Department of Social Services), or a similar place where people wait in line, get assigned a Letter/Number based on what they need to do based on going to the initial sign-in desk. Depending on what needs to be done people look at their ticket, watch the monitor, listen to the announcement or "ding" (if there is audio), and then report to the designated Window (or Desk) when the number is called. Do I win a free "Go to the Head of the Line" Lifetime Pass? 😉
  20. Emphasis added: For the fun of it, I downloaded two free Microfreak sound packs and read the Readme.pdf file that tells how to install them. I saw no instructions on how to install them in Analog Lab. But I don't have a Microfreak. Maybe @shawker does? QUESTION: Does anyone with arturia hardware know if hardware specific presets show up in Analog Lab if the hardware is on their system?
