  2. Yeah I could hear the Floyd influence in this - it's a cool song. Enjoyed your lead vocal. The mix sounds great - no crits there.
  3. It's a catchy tune in it's own strange way - I liked the rhythm guitar on this - it sounded cool. Your lead vocal is wild - it's all over the place.

    I enjoyed the listen - an uplifting composition to my ears. I liked the tone of the lead synth. To me this composition is futuristic - that's what came to my mind. Nicely done.
  7. First off I really liked your vocal - well done there. This song has a good hook on the chorus "Fallen Star" - very nice. It's a well composed song. I like those stops you put in there on the drum track. It does have a bit of an 80's vibe to it. Very catchy song - the type to sing along to. Nicely done.
  8. It's a cool song and I liked that intro - very creative. I think this is the best song I've heard from you - I really enjoyed the listen. It's got a nice laid back quality to it and a cool groove. I thought the Garritan horns work well. No crits on the mix - sounds good to me and I liked the fade at the end. Nice job John - this is a good one.

  10. That is an excellent composition - the violin sounded very nice to my ears. Very upbeat and positive, I guess due to the tempo - just how I felt about it. I really liked that ending as well - with the violin soloed. A pleasant listen with my morning coffee😊

  12. I really enjoyed your vocal - really cool voice. I think this is a really good song - nicely done. The BGVs were well done as well. The mix sounded great - nice job. Excellent hook with the lyrics - "A Soft Place To Fall" - I liked it.
  13. That was wild Bjorn - I think it comes across as being psychedelic - at least to my ears. I always enjoy your stuff and this was no exception. Your vocal is better than you think it is - you have your own style.
  14. I really thought this was a fun song - to me it had an 80's vibe - a bit new wave. Your vocal on this made me think of Herman and the Hermits. I enjoyed the lyrics and the mix sounded quite nice to my ears.

    I think you were successful in capturing the guitar tones of the era you were shooting for. It's a cool blues/rockabilly song. Your songs are always a fun listen. Your vocal was excellent as usual - it would be cool to see you perform live.

  21. Thanks for listening to my song. The drums are AD2 and its the Fairfax Vol. I kit. Also, I put the Waves Scheps Omni Channel on the stereo drum bus - it really made the drum track come alive.
