The IK Hammond is a VSTi that triggers the audio built into the software. Really need more information on your setup. Audio-Interface? What Roland Synth? Computer/laptop setup? If the Roland USB is only transmitting MIDI over USB and not Audio over USB you will need a ASIO audio-interface most likely to get it to work.
