Nice tune Freddy, almost a Doors vibe happening in the instrumental section, enjoyed it.
  2. Good tune, your tele & S-Gear made for some nice tones.
  3. Enjoyed this, thought if flowed nicely. Has a George Winston vibe, love that little section at 0:38, reminded me of John McLaughlin. -great job.
  4. @freddy j @David Sprouse @Kevin Walsh Thanks you all for the comments & listening. Appreciate it & am glad you enjoyed the track.
  5. I think it might be based on machine. I've had iLok going back to 2000 when Waves required them & have never deactivated it when getting a new computer. I've bought one iLok in total, when iLok2 came I got several free ones from Slate promos.

  8. Thanks Douglas, I used SD3 on this tune.
  9. @bjornpdx @jwnicholson78 @Wookiee Thanks to you all for listening.
  10. Good tune; production, writing, hooks..certain parts & vocal lines reminded me of Duran Duran- great job.
  11. I enjoyed listening to this; the music, orchestration & vibe. Great job.
  12. @Lynn Thanks Lynn, appreciate the kind words. Thanks for listening. @noynekker Thanks again for the feedback, very helpful.
  13. Really enjoyed this. Groove & tasty guitar, harp & vocal work. Brought me back to my days of listening to WJZZ late night in Detroit in the 70's. Great job!
  14. Here's an alt version with some drum & bass edits:
  15. Thanks Fred, a new version up btw..
  16. Thanks, I'll check that snare out. It's basically doing what I want which is driving 2 & 4 home. Maybe it's too hot in the mix or I'll tweak the performance to change it up. At some point I'd like to replace the canned drums altogether with a live player. I'll give it another go over. Appreciate the critique & feedback. Thanks Paul, glad you enjoyed the tune & for listening.
  17. @Bajan Blue @garybrun @mark skinner Thanks guys, I appreciate the feedback & for listening. @mark (SD3 for drums, sax was played by a human so can't take credit for that!)
  18. Instrumental / symphonic demo...enjoy & Be Safe...
  19. On laptop but it sounds good here, the bv's are a nice addition to the tune.
  20. I've been trying this out for a few days now. Very nice, for mastering I prefer it over IK's Tape & CDS's which are my top tape plugins. Uses less CPU than IK's which is a surprise.
  21. Good tune Paul. I like the piano, gtrs., vocals, chord progression. Reminds me a bit of Elvis Costello & Squeeze.
  22. Nice track, when a melody sounds familiar but isn't copied it's a good thing!
