Gone Are The Days version 2

Hey Keith, that is really nice writing. As I was watching the video and listening, I was thinking how different and yet so familiar each of our lives and experiences play out. There was a noticeable mix of joy and sadness in the tune. I get that same feeling too, when I think of all the people, places and things I have done in my life. Bittersweet. But that all goes away, when I'm around the younger generation. I can tap into their optimism in such a way that it makes me feel young again. Very nice, Keith! Good job !

Just now, Keith Wilby said:

I'm not sure but it was considered by poor people like my mum to be something of a delicacy/treat in the late 60s/early 70s 🤣

haha - definitely.

Anything served in a basket was also en vogue (except soup)

Came back for a second listen - I enjoyed the original but I think this version is even better - video was just great and really added some context (I think I could create something similar from my own family history).

Great job!

Andy
