i gotem. installed onto my little Reason lite setup. Now I only wish there was away I could use Europa in my main DAW. It looks like they only allow that in Reason 12. :(

You musta missed around Reason 10 when they offered Europa was a free VST.

Downloading the free patches was a hassle in their shop.

Are you on 11 lite? Does that one come with Europa?

I got 10 lite too. That one has Europa.. But you can't load that as a VST into another DAW, can you?

No, you can’t, sadly. If you could get a second hand 10 standard version at least you could use rewire. Or a second hand 11 intro would give you the VST. That one goes for 40-50

No @telecode 101  .. BUT  if you had Reason Intro 11 then you can. It came with the Reason Rack Plugin which basically opens Reason inside Cakewalk etc as you can see in my image below. From there you can load any Reason instrument / efx in a track in CW etc

I am sure this rack plugin is available with current Reason also

If you own MIDI controllers from Akai, Alesis, and M-Audio and login to your account online currently, you can get 6 MONTHS OF REASON+ FOR FREE

You can pick up Reason 11 Lite for about $10 on other forums.
You can run that version as a VST, but I don't think it comes with Europa.
But if you have Europa with 10 Lite, maybe 11 would allow you to use it?

It doesn't show up in my 11 Lite, I checked before posting.
You mentioned above that you have 11 Intro and not Lite, so maybe that is the reason for the difference?

If you have Reason Lite 11.3, you can also install Lite 11.2 (which does have Europa).  I haven't found a way to make it work as vst but you can use it inside 11.2 as DAW. There was a thread on here a while back how to do it so you have the best of both (time frame was when PB had 11.3 lite as a freebee with purchase)

Edit - found the page.
