  1. Hi Dan and welcome to the Cakewalk forums. Most interfaces dictate what driver type is required. For instance, most interfaces will work with only ASIO drivers. Other than that it is a matter of trial and error. Kind regards, tecknot
  2. Hi rean syah and welcome to the Cakewalk forums. To copy a clip from one track to another simply press and hold down the Ctrl key while mouse clicking on the clip header and dragging the clip into the desired track then release the mouse and Ctrl key. Kind regards, tecknot

    Playback issue

Hi Michael and welcome to the Cakewalk forums. I suggest changing your Drive Mode to WASAPI shared. Also, I cannot see where your output for your tracks and Master Bus is pointed to. Your tracks should be pointed to the Master Bus and the Master bus should point to your desired output device which in your case would be the Airpods. Make these changes and let us know if you need additional help. Kind regards, tecknot
  4. Hi Marcello and welcome to the Cakewalk forums. Your settings look good. There is no need to assign Instrument Definitions to the MIDI output. The reason you are not seeing any activity on your MIDI track is because it is empty and, it appears, that you don't have any MIDI controller connected to your DAW to trigger NI Session Drummer. Also, if you are triggering NI SD from the UI, the velocity may be too low. If you put some MIDI info/notes into the MIDI track (which correspond to any drum in NI SD) then you should see activity on your MIDI track meter during playback. Kind regards, tecknot
  5. Hi Derp and welcome to the Cakewalk forums. You can separate each drum to individual audio tracks but it will require a pass for every drum. Select the desired SS track in the Track Pane and with your Step Sequence View open, mute all populated tracks except for one; Go to Bounce to Tracks under Tracks in the Track View menu; In the Bounce to Tracks options, pick Tracks under the Source Category drop down; Now repeat for each other SS drum until complete. Unfortunately, there is no one process to do this automatically. Kind regards, tecknot
  6. Hi Leland and welcome to the Cakewalk forums. Have you scanned your VSTs in Cakewalk? Did you include the correct install path (where your instruments are installed) for the VST scanner? Kind regards, tecknot
  7. Hi praveen and welcome to the Cakewalk forums. I am curious, do you have your volume output in TH3 set to maximum? Kind regards, tecknot
  8. Hi Sofa, I am not quite sure what you are asking. What do you want your master fader to do? Kind regards, tecknot
  9. Hi Joe and welcome to the Cakewalk forums. Just a few questions: Do you see any movement from the meters in Cakewalk? What do you have your outputs set for in Cakewalk? Do you have Insert Echo activated on your incoming Track(s)? What is your Master Bus's output set to? Kind regards, tecknot
  10. Hi DaveXmas and welcome to the Cakewalk forums. Just a couple of questions to zero in on what the cause may be: Where is your Mix setting on your interface (and, BTW, what interface are you using)? What are your buffer settings set at? I am guessing the your interface's mix setting is full on interface playback and no DAW playback. That would allow you to hear your guitar without delay, but may be delayed in Cakewalk due to the buffer settings. Kind regards, tecknot
  11. I would check the Track and Bus routing making sure that everything ends up at your Master bus. Kind regards, tecknot
  12. Hi Mike, Do you have show tooltips on? That should give you a pop-up with the name of the plug-in and the track it's on. Kind regards, tecknot
  13. The only plugin that comes to my mind is the VX-64 Vocal Strip, but it doesn't have the presets you mentioned. It was included with the last version of SONAR Platinum, I believe. Kind regards, tecknot
  14. If you have any clips selected and then press the "k" key, those selected clips would be muted. Kind regards, tecknot
  15. Is it possible you muted the clips?
  16. You have nothing to lose, but more to gain with bug fixes and feature updates. It's a no brainer. Kind regards, tecknot
  17. I would suggest using only your USB interface when using Cakewalk and disabling your internal sound card when doing so. As for your headphones vs speakers, that sounds like an issue with your PC's sound card, but I have no solution for that if your settings are all correct. Kind regards, tecknot
  18. Sandro, did you install your GT-100 drivers? Kind regards, tecknot
  19. Hi Luigi and welcome to the Cakewalk forums. It shouldn't take that long to download and install the cakewalk instruments. It could take just minutes depending on your internet connect specs. Would you share your computer and internet specs with us so we may trouble shoot the problem with you? Kind regards, tecknot
  20. The only thing I can think of is the metronome. Can you record this repeating note in Cakewalk? If so, can you take a look in the Event View and see what kind of note/message it is? Kind regards, tecknot
  21. Hi Simon and welcome to the Cakewalk forums. I am not familiar with your interface, but I am guessing it has limited options (such as buffer setting, sample rate, etc.). If this is the case, then your only option, guessing that your already using ASIO driver mode, is to change the Buffer Size in Cakewalk's Preferences under Drive Settings. You might have to experiment a little until you find a suitable setting. As I mentioned, using ASIO drive mode is the most reliable, but you could try other modes if your interface allows. Another thing to consider is plug-ins. Are you recording with effects? That may cause some delay (or latency) during recording. Perhaps recording without plug-ins will make a difference. Kind regards, tecknot

  23. Hi Remi, Plugging your guitar into the PC's line input utilizes your PC's internal sound card and not your UR22c. Perhaps disabling your internal sound card for one and using your interface only would be a good start. Please also provide your buffer settings along with your driver mode in Cakewalk and your UR22c. Kind regards, tecknot
  24. Hi matias, Sounds like your sound issue is with your interface or perhaps your output cables. As for the sudden crashes, I would contact Bandlab tech support. Do you have a crash dump file? Kind regards, tecknot
