HI:) I've made a short video with a small AZController preset: (Attached the preset) Button 1 jumps to Bar 100 Button 2 jumps to Bar 150 Button 3 jumps to Bar 200 Button 4 jumps to Bar 10 It is also possible to set save several Now Times in the timeline and load them with Button Presses but they are gone when you exit the project. So this is the better possibility. You can have as many Now Times as many Buttons you have or add some Ctrl, Shift or Alt Buttons for more NowTimes. Now the problem is how to access the Buttons. Normally via a Midi Command, in this case CC 57,58,59,60. I know it is possible to send these CCs via a Handy(OSC) or a Tablet, but therefore you have to ask Alexey(AZSlow, www.azslow.com) cause I have never used this.... With Midi controller it is very easy as you can see:) P.S. I forgot, you can lay this on a Rotor or Slider, so 127 Positions with just 1 Rotor/Slider, but it's a bit tricky to just move 1 value, so better just 64 Points per Rotor/Slider. You could combine a Rotor and a Button. So Choose the Position with the Rotor and Move to with the Button. Greetz;) Bassman. Jump to Position.spp

Hi🙂 You could make a Autohotkey Shortcut to turn all On or Off what you want with a single Shortcut. (If it is possible with TAB and Space to turn things on) Different Hotkeys for different purposes or just one for always the same. HI:) I have this problem since a long time, sometimes it goes a bit faster, sometimes not..... In the video I open ACT Mode and use: 1. Schepps Omni EQ Gains with Sliders/ EQ Frequncies with Rotors 2. Open the next Plugin in the Track, use Threshold Sliders and Frequencies with Rotors As you can see it is reacting very fast! 3. I close ACT Mode and open ProChannel As I move the Rotors it does nothing when I move as fast as in the Plugins. After a long time, when I go slower and slower, the curve appears suddenly. Then it jumps... When using the Rotors very slow it reacts as it should! Is there any chance to look into this behaviour? It happens with ProChannel and the Multidock sometimes too....as if there's a buffer overflow and avoids the showing of the changed values.... Thank you very much. Greetz;) Bassman.

Hi:) [Solved] It was a problem with the Shortcut Key. I bound it to another Key and it worked again....so any bug in the shortcut list. The Key is not unbind from an old binding..... I've had Shortcuts and the commands on my controller, but I have realized that "Back to Previous View" don't work anymore. I select a clip or a track and use "isolate and fit selection", it shows in the wohole window size. After editing I use "Back to previous View", but it now only shows in half windows size, not as small as it was before the isolate command. Can somebody confirm? Or is it just me? Thanks;) Bassman.

HI:) @Mark Morgon-Shaw My Preset for this Controller is Universal. I have 9 different Modes integrated,. so with just a Button Press all Rotors , Sliders and Buttons have different actions. You can see the available parameters at the end and start of the video in the AZDisplay. You can see "Normal" Mode before I switch to the "ProChannel 1 Track Mode" and at the end back to Normal Mode. I have an 8 Track ProChannel Mode where you can edit 8 Tracks simoultaneously for Bass/Tone/HiMid and Highs. Very helpful in the Bass Aerea:) Since I'm beloved in the Schepps Omni Channel, I do not often use ProChannel, but I have done almost everything in it.... So it is very flexible and "not for all actions" faster than working with mouse. I'm showing all possibilities in a video, which I'm doing this week.... Greetz;) Bassman.

HI:) @Mark Morgon-Shaw With a Midi Controller and AZController software you can access the PC, just look at the video: (HD Video needs time to convert on youtube) 1. I'm opening Multidock / 2. Open the AZ Display so you can see the values changing / 3. Switching to Pro Channel Mode Now Rotors 1-4 are Frequencies, 9-12 Q Factor, 17-20 Gain of the EQ, the rest you can see with colors, R 5,6,13,14,21,22 are Compressor, R7,15,23 CE and R8,16,24 Tube of the PC. I'm changing all parameters so just look at the tiny EQ and the Display for the values. For changing Hicut/Lowcut, Lowshelf, Hishelf I have to activate a Shift Button. (For any reason the wrong LED is blinking, so I have to take a look into my AZController preset) Greetz;) Bassman. P.S. Multidock is reacting a bit slow sometimes, I normally do not open it. I'm just working with the AZ Display, it's the fastest way to change parameters. Works for sure with all Plugins in ACT Mode too.

Hi:) @Matthew Carr What does "External" mean? (Bluetooth)Midi Connection or from a Tablet or Handy? There are different possibilities. From a Controller you need either a button and a Rotor to choose the bar number or just use a fader to move to a specific bar. Same with Tablet or Handy. "Goto" Command and typing in the bar number.... SPP should also work with syncing Cakewalk.... Bassman.

HI:) From a fast look I can see (and hear) too much at 2,2 - 4,7 kHz. Sounds very harsh! Nothing there from 7 - 20 kHz. Perhaps add some Cymbal Swells and Crashes or a high Synth or an Accoustic guitar. It's a MP3, they are cut at 15 kHz and do not sound good (unless they are at least 240 kBit converted). Always make a Wave or flac. A bit too much round about 330 Hz, at the end a bit too much about 250 Hz. For E-Guitar I mostly do a Hicut (with Resonance) at about 2,5 kHz, for sure not with Accoutic Guitar. Greetz;) Bassman.

HI:) Not possible, but there was an utility called Duckbar which did add Solo and Mute Buttons to the Flyout window, when I remember correctly. HI:) I can confirm this! Ctrl+TAB doesn't switch between windows anymore. It only let disappear the Now Time Marker. Bassman.

HI:) Tried out the EA Update 155 and now the AZController windows shows in correct size, before with EnableWin10DPIAwareness=1 it showed with a very small font, I was unable to read it, needed the Windows magnifying glass. With EnablePluginMenuFix=1 it shows correctly again! Additionally on my Studio Monitors (2x4k, 3840x2160 with 150% scaling, 1x4k, 1080x768) the FlyOut Window of the PCEQ shows correctly too, before it showed an empty window! Thanks for this fix! HI:) Ctrl+TAB is a Windows Shortcut, Alt+TAB switches through opened Programs/Apps and Ctrl+TAB through the TABS of a Program (Browser Tabs f.e.), in CbB the Focus between Multidock and Track View or any other opened windows. It sometimes doesn't switch to the Multidock window, therefore Ctrl+Shift+Left/Tight is needed. Greetz;) Bassman

HI:) In some Plugins I can see Directories in the Load Preset Window. How can this be done? With Saving I can't choose to make a Path! Do I have to edit the preset itsself with an editor? Thanks;) Bassman.

Hi:) Here an Instrument File to Import which avoids resetting the Controller after hitting Stop. Just rename "LaunchControlXL" in the filename and in the file itsself to make your own. Greetz;) Bassman. LaunchControlXL.ins

I have not continued working on thsi preset, cause I got no feedback what functions to lay on the Buttons/Rotors/Pads, but we could go on working on it.... Hi🙂 @scook With AZCONTROLLER you can have both, a controller as midi input and as controller input. You just need 1 button as a switch and you can use pads to record midi or to control the DAW. Bassman
