Hi Peter, I am so jealous. My High School band was to get together this year for our 50th anniversary. Sadly our lead guitarist/lean vocalist has dementia and that nixed that plan.
What a wonderful job, the song rocks (in a classic rock way), performances were great and production was stellar.
Watch Warren Huart (Produce Like a Pro), he's almost exclusively Waves in ProTools. He's a fan of Massenburg EQ.
Watch David Glenn (The Mix Academy), he's more than 60% Slate in ProTools. A lot of Izotope and FabFilter. He also loves Sound-Radix for specialty toys for mixing drums.
Watch Glen Fricker (featured in Spectre Digital), he's kind of all over the place (using Reaper) but he loves AIX-DSP for mixing drums.
The list can go on and on. Which one is right?
My conclusion? None and all are right because of their "superior ears and shopping abilities".
1. If you have a life partner, you'll have to figure out how to get it in the flat without them seeing it
2. Your interest on the credit card is astronomical (upside minimum payments will take 20 years to pay it off)
3. It's missing 4 or even 6 strings, what a waste of money
4. The are not an even number of white & black keys, that's kind of racist, ya?
