It's a good raw sounding rockin' blues tune I like it. Dig your guitar tones and playing. I do think the bass kind of gets lost, not sure if panning the guitar to one side a little would help maybe. I think the vocals might sound good thru some tube distortion, to give it that old harmonica mic sound. Or leave it alone it's a cool song.
Good stuff man. Is it a lot of work to build toontrack drums? I've only used Jamstix which is pretty damn easy to put a basic track together. I do like your drums, they sound pretty real. Is that EZ or superior drummer?
I use BiasFx2 plugin, it's pretty easy to get good tones with it. This one has"Lari Basilia Lead" preset loaded up. I usually tweak the presets a bit, they generally have too much delay and reverb for me. I think I added an auto wah on this one. BiasFx has a whole bunch of effects pedals that you can add or delete from the presets. This song has a humbucker guitar on it. I have a super nice amp and pedals sitting in my room but it's so much work to get a great recorded sound out of it.
Very cool song, it sounds like you put a lot of work in it. Lot's of sounds going on. Listening on my headphones the only small suggestion is the vocal could uses a little air, l mean clarity. Might sound different on other systems. Good work on this one.
I made a bridge in a song but I decided it doesn't fit so would like to move the tracks to a fresh template and make it into it's own song. What's the best way to do this?
