I keep getting error "Invalid code. Note that some voucher codes requires that you are logged in." ...and I am logged in. Also, now I remember that Softube is no longer accepting PayPal for U.S. customers, which was a deal killer for me when I was going to buy Tape recently.

Dang! I guess I spoke too soon? Hmmm... I wonder if it's a glitch from my left-over spots from the Group Buy? To be clear, I didn't have any of the MODO Drums except for the FREE CS version. FWIW, this is what my Promo area looks like.

For those who purchased MODO Drum 1.5SE from the Audio Plugin Deals... it worked for me today! I registered it to start playing around, the went and checked the Promotions section because I have like 13 left over from the T-Racks GB and wanted to see if anything had changed there, and lo and behold, there are 3 picks in there for the 4-for-all Mega BOGO! Thanks IK for coming through!

I've got to say, it sure seems like marketing didn't to their due diligence and missed the Audio Plugin Deals sale on MODO Drums. IMHO, this is squarely on them - especially since the language was changed after the fact. I'm still holding out hope that IK will do the right thing and include this oversight as a part of their promotion. My experience to-date is they've always been fair, even if their whole ecosystem and pricing is a confusing mess. On the other hand, I had never really considered the MODO Drums, but this video really changed my opinion. That said, the APD sale seems like a fantastic price regardless of whether of not IK does the right thing regarding their oversight. I'm really looking forward to trying this out because IK makes great products. And with all the amazing Group Buys and giveaways, it's hard to complain about something like this, but still... Another thing to consider is that with the SE version, we will eventually have an upgrade sale too...

You know he's been posting for feedback on the site here, right? Whenever an item comes up that I'm interested in, that's the first place I go to compare. It's a fantastic idea!

@MusicMan IMHO, there are plenty of monoizing plugins and it's pretty straightforward, but Stereoizer is something special. I barely use the widening feature, like maybe 5-10%. It uses both frequencies and/or time to do its thing , and it just adds a 3D depth which I haven't found in other "widener" plugins. Demo it and see what you think. It a good one!

Stereo Placer Elements is my least favorite of the three and I don't really feel the need to upgrade it. Monofilter (full version) is pretty useful. Stereoizer (full version) is awesome and sounds really great. My only knock on them is that I have to read the manual each time I use them because the UI is so unintuitive - at least for me. Of the three though, Sterioizer is my favorite and my go-to. I've gotten away from "wideners", but Stereoizer gives a very nice dimension and depth that I haven't heard in other similar type plugins. IIRC, licensing is machine based with an iLok option and you only get 1 seat.

That's when I bought in. They were the first Dev I went "all-in". It's sad to see they haven't done anything new since Little Plate. (?) They went from a premier Dev to an afterthought. Such a promising company and great plugins, it's just too bad. I wonder if they lost their main developer or some other internal shake-up happened? (Disclaimer: pure WAG conjecture!) Anyway, hopefully the new website in indicative of new things coming from SoundToys.

I stopped reading this thread a while ago, but every time I see it I keep thinking of this comment: GarageBand and iRig on an iPad was my re-entry into recording about 8 years ago. It doesn't get much simpler than that. (Unless you want to export the tracks!) I think Presonus is set up very well to do something like that, only better IMHO.

Yes, I did and I'm full up! I've been eying the Tape plugins and Fame and few others for a while and this was a great way to pick up them up and was totally worth it. I just wish there was something to do with extra picks... 🤔
