  1. Hey, a fellow RigTalker. I’m not surprised you haven’t heard my stuff before. I don’t think it will be much appreciated on the RigTalk forum site. Most of the guys there are more into 80’s hair music. I don’t have the “shred” chops needed to really pull off that style of music. There are some monster players on RigTalk for sure. I’ve always liked the you have done as well. Anyway, thanks for listening and taking the time to comment. I appreciate the kind words. As for the fade out, yeah, probably could have went a bit longer. Again, thanks. 😊

I guess I’m the odd-man-out. I Really like this tune and think the vocals are perfect. Thanks for sharing.😊👍
  3. Oh, wow, screw the elevator jive, this song is awesome. Great guitar tone and playing. Thanks for posting.👍😊
  4. Yeah, great tune!😊
  5. Cool song, great piano tone and, of course, the vocals are stellar.😊👍

    Only One Life

I love this piece. I know you’re into Bach but I’m thinking Rick Wakeman, some drums, guitar, spaced out lyrics and we’re off to a cool progression rock song. ‘Sorry, I’m a big Yes fan and this song put me that vibe...great job.😊
  9. First, awesome song. You nailed the genre. If I were mixing for this style of music I’d bring those kicking guitars up a bit and give them just a tad more cut.
  10. Thanks for listening, commenting and your kind words. ‘Very much appreciated.😊

    Will Is Enough

Cool tune. One issue, for me, is the snare. It sounds like its not in the same room as the rest of the instruments. Maybe back off the verb and clean it up a bit so it doesn’t seem so distant. Otherwise, cool stuff.
  12. Nice...I like it. I can easily hear this as part of the soundtrack for a sci-fi.
  13. I can’t, by any means, shred so I have to try and get my music ideas across with melodies. It’s gratifying when someone comments positively about the melodic content of a song that I’ve written. Thank you!
  14. Thanks, I really appreciate you taking the time to listen and comment. Being able to convey an idea or emotion with music is what it’s all about.😊
  15. Thanks for listening and commenting. To the best of my recollection the guitar signal chain is: Either of my stock LP's -> Kemper -> SONAR. The very ending fadeout guitar is a stock Anderson Drop Top -> Kemper -> SONAR.
  16. Thanks for listening and offering feedback. I’ll check out the acoustic timing later today when I get in the studio. Again, thanks.😊
  17. I totally agree. Thanks for taking the time to listen...appreciated.😊
  18. Thanks, your comments mean a lot to me. Thanks for taking the time to listen and comment.😊

    1 Bit

This song sounds a little like something Steely Dan could have come up with...that’s a compliment, I’m a big Dan fan.
