  1. It was an experience is all I can say, painful and an experience 😁 Thanks for the listen and comments
  2. 32 views, 0 comments that bad eh?
  3. Nice cover but I have to agree with Jim regards the reverb etc on the acoustic.
  4. Apart from the snare I think this works quite well, nicely captured and mixed.

Level sounds fine here on the Adam's, mix is very cohesive, all parts clear and present but with space.🙂 Nice job @Hidden Symmetry
  6. Welcome to the CbB Songs forum, just a thought for you, you will get better responses to your music if you post one song at a time, your choice. Listening to the first the vocal is inaudible, the constant Kick snare is tiringly relentless and a tad to forward., it also appears to be very biased to the bass. Is this a Beat ready for someone else to use or a finished product?

Nice Keith, worked well hereat The 4077.
  8. Another music icon of the synth world RIP Mr Smith thank you for your work.

    I'm stuck

As Mark observed some of the instruments are a tad hot, as for the track itself it is a basis for a dance track it has all the classic elements but no real substance.
  11. Thank you Nigel, quite appropriate for life here at the moment but then that is another story Thank you and thank you t you are most kind. Thank you too David. Apologises for being sluggish with my replies been though some crap here over the last few months which culminated in some unwanted news re Ms W. last week. Nothing as simple as Covid-19 or Cancer something far more cruel for her and us.
  12. As ever a nice tune, this one with an uplifting message of love that goes beyond.
  13. Thank you Douglas good to hear you found this one worked.
  14. When I tried earlier I got a we can not find error.

@bjornpdx I liked that, very much in the vibe of Mr Knopfler, good one

I have always enjoyed this type of guitar playing, nice 🙂 the cello is a nice touch. This reminds me of some of the stuff on William Ackerman's Conferring with the Moon.

    Cold Blues

Nice track Douglas cool (yes I know) blues track, mix works well here.

    Catatonic

As noted @Citizen Regen the vocals must have been really deep, this is very much more in line with the genre. Has the Citizen Regen stamp on this for sure. Mix works well here on the Events.
  20. Nice to hear from you Glenn sounds fine here, nice easy on the furry ears mixed track.
  21. Thank you Kevin nice to know you enjoyed this. Apologies for being slow to reply been a little distracted by other stuff.

    Modal Mini's

Thanks Kevin, it is good, I think, to step outside the box occasionally
  23. Welcome @jeison VAlerio I have to agree with Mark here the mix needs some work, first it is way t hot. Whist it is quite popular in the genre to use filter sweeps to empathizes certain frequencies but the high are important especially in a vocal. Will keep the furry ears out for the re mix.
  24. Thanks for the listen and comments. Differences in composing, yes I suppose they stretch the mind, achieving some form of resolution is tricky, it's also fun.
