I paid for the Bandlab subscription, but chose to keep CbB installed. Do I get the nag screen when opening Sonar? No Do I get the nag screen when opening CbB? Yes Am I bothered? Not in the slightest.

You can also achieve the same thing by engaging Offset Mode, then raise or lower your main fader by whatever amount you want but be sure to switch it off again afterwards. Visually there'll be no change apart from a small + sign by the volume fader.

You're using that piece of garbage called ASIO4ALL Uninstall it, delete it, remove all references to it in the registry Then you'll be able to select the Apollo

Yes, but you MUST make sure "Copy Audio with Project" is ticked The new Sonar has an option to Save as a Cakewalk Zip File which is more flexible and robust than using Bundles
