How do I revert to the previous version of Cakewalk Sonar
Bristol_Jonesey replied to ccondon23's topic in Cakewalk Sonar
You'd be far better off trying to identify the source of the dropout/slow down and get that fixed. The fact that whatever's going on affects your email and browser strongly suggests it's a problem outside of Sonar. -
Anybody using Rode NT1 - 5th gen USB Mic with Cakewalk?
Bristol_Jonesey replied to Misha's topic in Cakewalk by BandLab
So have you tried it using the XLR output? Trying it with USB will likely lead to driver conflict. -

Can't add a vst effect to a midi track
Bristol_Jonesey replied to Alan Idron's topic in Cakewalk Sonar
You cannot add a vst to a midi track in any host. Add it to the associated audio track (if you have inserted a split audio/midi track) or to the instrument track -
Know thy enemy (a drum map bends to my will)
Bristol_Jonesey replied to Starship Krupa's topic in Cakewalk Sonar
I built about 40+ drum maps for use as articulation triggers with EWQLSO way before we had artic maps. Artic map went above the note pane in the PRV and I could edit them in context with the actual note data Worked like a dream but what a pain to set up. -

It's not a good idea to have your email address on public display Edit your post and delete it

This is good advice. You will also need to remove any reference to it from the Windows Registry. If you're unsure what to do, let us know BEFORE you attempt anything.

Bristol_Jonesey replied to Jerry Gerber's topic in Cakewalk Sonar
It's pure conjecture. I am sure SOME users have jumped ship but to say the MAJORITY of them have is totally disingenuous.
