It is not a synth available amongst the many in teh Arturia Collections. It was the Oxford Synthesizer Company OSCar who developed the synth back in the 80s. If you like a ballsy synth, and you like Ultravox, Orbital and Jarre then yes its worth the consideration. Chris Hugget ( RIP ) the designer of the original synth consulted on it.
