Yes TONEX MAX should fully qualify. If you're not seeing it let me know your IK username. Thankfully at least that was Total VI not Total Studio VI so someone must have miskeyed something for it to show up that way. Still very funny. And there is no longer Total VI since SampleTank 4 MAX adds a ton of libraries and is priced much better than Total VI would work out at. Cool, the pricing structure was lowered for the MAX line as well as other items to try to keep these reasonable (and the coupon was added right from the go so there wasn't any "playing catch up" when inevitably an additional discount for MAX users would be considered anyway but I won't take any of the credit there ). I can look if you send me your IK username but you are eligible with either of those MAX products for the 299.99 pricing for Total Studio 4 MAX Maxgrade. Yes, it isn't easy but lowering the prices across the board is a move in the right direction and I mention the coupon thing above which I feel is the right thing to do right from the start.

Has it been reported to IK Support? This is the first I'm hearing of it and I'm watching dozens of TONEX discussions. I'm sure they can help sort whatever is happening for the person experiencing this. The thread linked doesn't seem to be the same thing, and is from late 2022 but I understand that many times "x is crashing" can be thought of as the same exact issue when most times it is not. Either way, the team can assist and get things working.

My colleague sent this to me yesterday:

We're not Sonic Reality and The Farm Stone Room Studio Reverb is new technology based on our successful captures of Sunset Sound and FAME studios. The Hugh Padgham kits were sampled there, but those sessions have zero to do with the new plugin, nothing was used from the drums for the Stone Room plugin. Oh and nothing new coming out right away either. We'd have included it in this release if so.

Note this one was free in June too, in case you have a moment like I did wondering why it was already in my Epic library.

It is always recommended to update to the latest version to make sure everything is running and optimized fully. If you don't have any issues or support acknowledges there isn't a fix to a specific issue you are having (or there aren't new features you are interested in) then I understand keeping your system at the version that is running smoothly in your current projects. Especially critical/production systems.

The newer purchases from November 3 get TONEX SE and previous purchases before that get the 20 bonus Tone Models.

This is a "mono-priced" deal, part of our Black Friday MAX deal that has been running and all versions of Syntronik MAX are 99.99 (as are the other MAX versions like T-RackS 5 MAX, AmpliTube 5 MAX, and SampleTank 4 MAX).

Not true. First, though, to be clearTONEX CS is free. Everybody can get it. But users of iRig HD 2 get these 20 bonus Tone Models if registered before November 3, 2022. After that, new purchases from November 3, 2022 get TONEX SE.

We list the major fixes. If there is a one-off or something that only affects a few customers it may be communicated directly to those customers, but major fixes are listed. I said "every little fix" meaning the tiny things are not going to be listed. That's all.

There's not going to be a laundry list of every little fix, so if you've reported an issue the support team will always be happy to provide deeper information about your specific issue in a particular update.

There are other fixes/updates.

Seems on the Windows installer it does not register that you have the newer version. This will throw that message but won't affect the update otherwise (sound, functionality, etc). The updated installer for Windows will be available soon.

For those interested in the iOS version: AmpliTube TONEX 1.0.1 (for iOS) has been updated

Oh and as far as Total Studio 4 MAX is concerned I can at least say that it is not on the calendar for 2022.

Recent group buys and "group buy like" promotions have specified new purchases (and serials of course have a generated date associated with them) so someone in the HQ must have caught on to that sorry

For those interested, TONEX for iPhone and iPad was released and is free on the Apple App Store. Your purchased TONEX version is available cross-platform so you can use the Tone Models on your Mac, PC, iPhone and iPad without purchasing anything else. Also, you get 10 free Tone Models in TONEX for iPhone and iPad when you register the app from the Account menu in the app. Thanks!

Corrected, sorry! Right now Total Studio 3.5 MAX is 199.99 for those without any IK products or at least one 99.99+. For anybody with a MAX product or Total Studio 2 or 3, it is now 99.99 to upgrade.

Thank you for posting this, for those interested it is essential for the integration of the cross-platform Tone Models with the brand-new TONEX iOS app.

All available in the AmpliTube locker means some are only available a la carte. I'm sorry that is not clear for you/some. I'll relay your thoughts.
