  2. Good thing we have 11 days to get it
  3. LoL... I still have the "demo" version from when they first started... it's practically "free" because it was a never ending demo... you can "mute" the ocean noises by muting the audio part of the track and still use the midi. I was thinking of buying it, but they've gotta really lower the price to $9 for me to consider any updates.
  4. is this the lowest it's been seen?
  5. Why would you need this if you have Smart Limiter?

  8. Had anyone installed in on Windows, yet? If so, does it have a valid Microsoft Certification? You know, does Windows Smart Screen validate the software or is there a yellow screen warning you of a potential problems that the author couldn't be validated? Also... no where on the website does it say off it's standalone, VST, or ???

  10. Is there any unopened box of Cakewalk that doesn't require online authorization?
  11. The only current reason I want to use Sonar is for it's dithering ability. The old Sonar can do just that I love the new Sonar's ability to drag and drop a track into the tempo map, but I can just use Melodyne Studio to create a tempo map to export anyways.
  12. I own Sonar 8.5.3 and it doesn't require authorization every so often!
  13. I use a firewall. I don't let programs out to update on their own. I must setup a hole in my firewall for that program, IF, I want to update. I only update if I have problems with the software, not just because the developer found problems. If I do get problems and they aren't a huge deal for me...I don't worry about the update.
  14. Is there a way to find out how long your license is good for in Reaper other than knowing what it said before you bought it?
  15. It's crazy... every company, HorNet, Waves Audio, Native Instruments, etc all seem to be so focused on guitar plugins.. wtf? Is it guitar season?
