So think you are taking about VST audio effects not midi. they can’t be put on a midi track they go on the instrument track in the FX bin. Variorum Posted October 20, 2023 Share Posted October 20, 2023 I'm pretty sure he's talking about these: https://www.midi-plugins.de/ If you downloaded the installer (midiplug_64.exe), just run it and it will register the MidiFX properly. You can specify any directory for the install or just accept the default. You DON'T need to check the box to install the VST plugins, Cakewalk doesn't need them, it uses the DirectX version. When you restart Cakewalk, the plugins will be available here when you want to insert them on a MIDI track : 1 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It's all good anyway ta guys! *** aaaand I can't get it to work because there's no longer an option to register it on the website! Will try something else!
