As an aside and an excuse for a bit of self promotion I have ex- The Darkness drummer Emily Dolan Davies playing on my Red Over Red EP "The Slyboots Incident". Neat trick if you can pull it off. See also, CSNY, The Talking Heads and The Gang of Four. (I mean, I'm noting the phenomenon in general.
