  1. Wadja mean POC? It's got a "Professional Sound Chipset" in it. If it is "Professional" then it's got to be good, right? Otherwise it would say "Amateur Sound Chipset".
  2. 1.2 is an old product. It kind of like a gateway drug into the Ethera series. It is cheap to get you hooked. However Zero-G is usually very generous with upgrades at the time of a new release. For example Ethera Gold 2.5 is coming out September 25. The upgrade from 2.0 is just $13.95. This upgrade is more than just a point release upgrade. It adds a whole new male voice, new vowels to the female voice, as well as another 10GB of new material. I am looking forward to it.
  3. kitekrazy, what are you talking about? Ethera Soundscapes 2.0 is $95. So if you buy 1.2 and upgrade to 2.0, that is $85, saving yourself $10. The loyalty part is getting 20% off any other Ethera title once you buy this one. The Ethera series is fantastic and well worth the investment.
  4. balinas is correct. The current version of Fathom is 3.1.0.1.
  5. But there are three of them, acoustic, electronic and dystopian. Each of those has a Ristretto free download.

Yes, all of DiscoDSP's other products are commercial offerings.

    OB-Xd

There is no limitations on the free version of OB-Xd. It is the same product as the "paid for" version.

This one is actually available for free. It is an open source project, but the "developer" hides that fact on his website. When you buy it for $24.50 or $49.00, you are not actually buying a license to use it, you are just supporting further development. That is okay if you want to do that, but I wish the developer was more upfront about it.
  10. The Kilohearts snapins from Autumn 2016 still activated for me. I used the installer from filesilo.
  11. I think most of their regular prices are the original developer prices. I have found that with APD rewards, I can often get lower prices than even the original developer's lowest prices. Look at the offerings from Audiofier, or Frozen Plains (great instruments btw) and compare to the prices on the developer website. Rigid Audio is an exception. I buy from them directly.
  12. I had a look at this. It looks good but it does not do Round Robins. Poise (https://www.onesmallclue.com/), while Windows only, is much more versatile and is also free.
  13. I wonder if you could just use $38 of your APD rewards and then not need to add Felicity or Supine to get the order over $50. I already have both Felicity and Supine.
  14. Very strange. I got through with no problems, no delays, using Firefox.
  15. Got it! My WUP for the last time I got it free expires in November. I wonder if I can save the code and use it then.

    NI updates

That is interesting. I could have sworn I updated Kontakt when it was released a couple of weeks ago, but when I ran Native Access to update Massive X, etc, it showed an update for Kontakt as well. Maybe my last update failed and I didn't realize it. Oh well. I am up to date now.
  17. I just picked up Nector 3 in the Musicians Friend $29 sale and wondered if I would use this or if it was redundant. Are you saying this might do something Nector doesn`t or does something better?

    NI updates

    Update for Kontakt as well.
  19. I ordered this Saturday and Just received my license today. I think they were overwhelmed by the number of people taking advantage of this, and are just getting through the backlog. I am a happy camper.
  20. Where is the link to the actual product?
  21. It's a knockoff. The pictures of the product do not even have the Akai logo. And the thumbstick looks quite different from the real deal. You can be sure the included software is going to be pirated too.
  22. Already have AetherArp but may get it just for Venkatt. $24 is still less than $59.
  23. Actually, a similar thing happened on other Rigid Audio purchases I have done.
