  1. I had the same issue with Audiomodern Riffer.
  2. I may go back to it. I guess you can run it on a different drive so it saves on the writes to a SSD.
  3. I really don't understand the rant. It's not like this code is shared either.
  4. Interesting 1st post. Did anyone think maybe this wasn't a glitch? Izotope made a mistake lat year by offering Ozone 8 elements to Advance for $150. Thy decided to go with it.
  5. Anyone running MSI boards? I've always been using Gigabyte, Asus. and now AsRock.
  6. So NI is becoming like APD and VST Buzz.
  7. I doubt those RME Hammerfalls are selling on the used market. Some are using those adapters to keep them going. If I could do it all over again I would have never bought the Yamaha SW1000XG at the turn of the century when I knew very little about audio hardware went with an RME unit.
  8. I don't see how ThronCM triggered an upgrade since the CM version didn't ask for any registration.
  9. If you have Netflix watch the one about Chicago as well.
  10. I thought about the Greg Wells but I'm on the Melda train. With Waves I have to get duplicate licenses. The GW would 4 more plugins which isn't what I really need. The other thing is a new license costs less than a Waves upgrade on much of the stuff.
  11. Wow! My Yamaha SW1000XG wouldn't work with the Intel 900 series chipsets. Those old M-Audio cards still work.
  12. This looks like a Window version update will cause my issue. Now it says I used up all of my authorizations. Previous installs were on versions before W10 1809.
  13. Those 1 egg reviews seem to increase. And Adata's RMA process is a major hassle - plus YOU pay the return shipping even though their product is obviously deeply flawed, and I think they know it!
  14. Nice but no more synths for me. I could probably add 5 pages to this thread listing them.
  15. Hypernode dropped in price again,
  16. Bought String Collection 2 for $13. Now I have them all again.
  17. I remember at the turn of the century buying Music Creator that came with mid i cables that were suppose to work in a serial port at Best Buy for $40. Then Cakewalk gave an offer to upgrade to Home Studio. That was their downfall for me since it came with an entry level FL Studio. Then I moved up to Sonar 2 XL. After Sonar 5 I started to dislike the cluttered GUI and the forum. That's when I started to look at that small version of FL. I liked their support despite not being a fan of pattern based DAWs. Cakewalk was getting like Finale with the yearly upgrade. Usually I'd get suckered into upgrades with nice 3rd party apps. They only license of Sonar I do not have is 6. I'll never forget the shock of Cakewalk shutting down. Other developers were giving condolences as if someone died. I doubt there were celebrations for one less competitor. There was probably some fear that a DAW existing for 30 years ended it could happen to them. I never doubted that someone would pick this software back up.
  18. No issues. I've had it disabled on my 32gb system for over a year.
  19. Anyone else notice how big this vendor is? You can spend a lot of time there and find some unknown gems.
  20. You drive yourself crazy on the larger ones on which preset to use. One of these day I may do a project using on these.
  21. Plus you can download additional preset in the plugin.
