  1. Pigments was the best investment ever! It keeps paying great dividends!!! Thanks Arturia!!!
  2. Watch the videos from the Scaler co-creator David Carbone. Here's a recent on on the 2.7 update:
  3. Best advice, clean install: Uninstall Mndala 1 and Mndala 2. Then delete folder "C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\MNTRA" (this folder contains Mndala 1 and 2 settings that are not removed when you uninstall the program). Then reinstall just Mndala 2. You will probably need your serial numbers to re-activate the libraries on your PC. I'm running Windows 10.
  4. I can confirm this. Pulse and the old serial numbers are for installing v1 libraries only. Mndala 1 and Mndala 2 can run side by side on the same system. I am still running Mndala 1 because of Frcture (a free library for v1 not being continued). I have installed everything else in Mndala 2 using the new serial numbers. For Mndala 2, you need the new serial number to download the library. The v1 serials for Pulse will not work in Mndala 2. Mntra support can assist you with serial numbers that you had registered in your account via Pulse.

  6. Did you use this link? It worked for me! https://www.groove3.com/redeem
  7. I'll give ya'll a free 30-day pass to You Tube for those!
  8. I'm a VirtualBox user, so will have to make some time to test Macrium viBoot. That would have solved my last incident where my motherboard died, and with it the machine ID that my soft iLok was tied to. So I was unable to self-deactivate those software licenses from the original machine they were activated on. I would like to see if an image booted as a VM retains the original disk ID in the image. iLok would either confirm or deny a request to deactivate a license. Hopefully it should work since the image is really just a clone of the original disk, unless somehow VirtualBox overrides that with a virtual ID. If it works, that certainly would be a slick solution for deactivating any machine locked license!
  9. Same for me! It extended my annual all access pass by 30 days!
  10. For best performance I keep my samples on a secondary internal drive (SATA SSD), and only use external USB drives for backups. I realize that a 2nd internal drive is not always possible with a laptop, but I would recommend it for all desktop configurations.
  11. That's a good idea that I never thought of! I use Macrium Reflect to image my OS drive. How are you loading the image, as a VM? I have this, but have not attempted it yet... https://www.macrium.com/viboot
  12. K7 Player is not an upgrade. It gets installed side by side with your existing Kontakt. Nothing messed up here as far as I can tell. K7 Player is working with all installed Player compatible libraries, and my K6 full still seems fine here as well... And just FYI, I am still running v1.14.1 of Native Access...
  13. OK, my first impression of K7 Player and the new browser interface. I like the browser, as it's like Komplete Kontrol should have been. An expandable UI that you can resize as needed to show the presets listed in more than a few rows in the tiny KK interface. And the tagging and search system system is very worthy... filter your libraries by Sound Type or Character to quickly find presets that you may be looking for. Or use the search bar to narrow things down a bit. For example a combination of Sound Type "Piano/Keys", combined with a search for "Guitar" takes me straight to NI Noire preset "Guitarish". But yeah, once the sound is loaded you still have the same old instrument UI that you always had. Baby steps... And the new instrument Hypha is worth downloading!
  14. I saw U2 in the early 90's around '92 in a mostly sold-out arena coming off their release of "Achtung Baby". Great show!
  15. Understood! Same here! But the v7 Player will run ALL of the licensed Player libraries, correct? I have a bunch of them and I would like to check out the new browser.
  16. Sure, but I assume that all of my Kontakt Player compatible libraries (quite a few) will also open in K7 Player. I would only need to open K6 Full to access unlicensed commercial or free libraries (also quite a few).
  17. It does require at minimum the Kontakt 7 Player, or the full Kontakt 7. I haven't installed the Kontakt 7 Player yet, as I'm still using Kontakt 6 full version. Would installing Kontakt Player 7 cause any issues with Kontakt 6, or is it OK to install them side by side?
  18. Looking back, I wish I had spent $500 on Omnisphere up front. Would have probably saved a bunch on synths that I thought I needed along the way, LOL! 🤪
  19. I have several Luftrum banks for various synths that I bought for that exact reason! All excellent, and rarely a dud patch in the bunch! iZotope Iris - Luftrum 10 u-he Repro 5 - Luftrum 19 bx_oberhausen - Luftrum 22 Arturia Pigments - Luftrum 23 Need to save up for the half dozen more that I will need to add when I get Zebra Legacy! 🙄
