One question though: why is adding an Upgrade, if the deal is for the whole pack?
What if I want to sell all the others, or to gave it for free to someone? That doesn’t look right to me.
So, someone who doesn’t have any product would pay 50€ for T-Racks Max V2, while existing customers would get an upgrade key. That’s weird. Now I’m thinking to revert the transaction via PayPal and get the deal from JRR. The weird things of IKMultimedia. Lol.
I really like most all IK products, but they live in their own world when it comes to a business model.

They should do another poll:
“Which companies update their software drivers the best?”
Pretty sure Avid would be somewhere there at the bottom and RME somewhere at the top.
I use an old RME Babyface, I've probably had it 12 or 13 years, and RME still keeps the drivers current. Now that's some customer care.

Imagine what this forum would be like if we all did that? You know, @jude77 is a retired psychologist -- but he also shares our plugin / sampling hoarding addiction. Jude could help us to transition to a support forum!
That seems like a great idea. And then I saw this Truth Bomb video that @cclarry posted. If that guy is right I'll need to start a grief support group!

72 hours only. And they'll never be on sale again. Until 73 hours have passed.

I'm betting it will be Waves. Regular price is $6,000, but it's on sale for $29. Oh yeah, and WUP is required in a daily basis.

If you don't have it, then run and go get it! A great freebie.

https://puremagnetik.com/collections/device-bundles/products/modlab-experimental-effects-suite-copy
Modlab is an experimental effects suite that brings four of Puremagnetik's latest generation sound processing devices to your next session.
From warping spatial sound to vintage tape and particle effects to ethereal, modulating soundscapes, Modlab delves into the inner workings of your audio and transforms it into limitless sound design possibilities.
Sphine | Reflection Harvester. Not your usual reverb, Sphine is an echo harvester for designing bending spaces, shimmering atmospheres and endless sound washes. Its reflection matrix can produce everything from a beautiful room tone to an ethereal spiral of echoes.
Later | West Coast Mod Box. Explore Later — a modulation box designed to bring warm modulations to a sunny day. With individual band-pass filters and dynamic modulation, Later takes incoming audio and provides the controls to modulate it on a micro or macro level.
Twine | Lossy Multieffects Mixer. Twine is a versatile, low fidelity, lossy, multi-effects mixer. Packed with six separate effect algorithms, Twine will warp and bend your incoming audio signal into all sorts of aural dissections. Each effect has a Mood control that alters the fundamental algorithm while a Chance control affects the probability that the algorithm will come through the mix.
Taska | Modulation Control Board. From subtle overdriven shimmers to wildly modulating phasers, Taska is a control center for generating a trove of inspiring sound sculpting effects. At its heart is a finely tuned, musical distortion circuit, a band-pass filter and a broadband tremolo.

This looks fascinating, in that it models 12 compressors!! But how many do I already have? Dozens? Hundreds? But yet I still want more!
"One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them, One Ring to bring them all, and in the darkness bind them". One my butt!!! I WANT THEM ALL! MY PRECIOUS!!!!

Seeing this got me to wondering what are everyone's favorite reverbs? Chime in if you would, I'd really like to know.

Terrible.
I've got 2 of them but this kind of thing confirms my suspicion that IKM really has some growing to do on the physical guitar product front.
They feel well built, but you also have to account for the fact that these things are meant to take some abuse - being stepped on, tripped over, etc.
That's the truth. There's a reason they're called "stomp boxes".

Problem is I downsized my setup, can do everything I want and don't need any toys. Damned addiction.
I'm standing with you. I'm NOT buying anything else I don't need. And the irony is, where do we find ourselves? In the Deals section. I've got to learn to tell the truth to myself . . . . .

It looks like AA's answer to Gulfoss and Reso. Dove is presently $96, Gulfoss is $195, and Reso is $42.
Seems like a test drive is in the future,

Why there is a farting boy in the thread's title?
There's a reason that the constant need to keep buying plugins/gear is called"GAS".

I wonder how this differs from Sonible's Smart EQ?

I've been working with Blender for a bit over a year. It is, indeed, an amazing program that will do anything 3D you can imagine. As @mettelus rightly notes, however, it can be overwhelming, but if you hunker down with the tuts and work with it a bit everyday you will make progress. Plus, you will learn things you never imagined needing. Boolean curves, anyone?
