  1. Yeah SD 2 was upgraded to SD3, but that was some time ago
  2. Could be a plugin crapping out. Try bypassing all your Fx using the Fx button in the Control Bar and then playing the project again. You could then try opening in Safe Mode and enabling Fx one at a time
  3. That's not happening here. I have to click on a manufacturer to expand the list of their plugins Hovering over a manufacturer name for several seconds does nothing. Are you doing this from the Browser?
  4. Not seeing that here. All UI elements appear in the Help Module just by hovering over them. There is a delay of about a second but no other issues.
  5. No, there's no requirement to open a new account. I'm still using my old Bandlab Account for Sonar. Send an email to support@cakewalk.com
  6. Ah yes, I see it now And yep, it's an indication of signal level
  7. I'm not seeing that icon anywhere Where exactly are you looking?
  8. You can change the velocity (amongst other things) on multiple notes via the Event Inspector. Page 603 in the manual explains it all
  9. I use a couple of massive sample libraries and I've never had any issue with 32Gig of RAM.
  10. Ha! Remember when we had to distinguish between Producer & Studio. Expanded and Non-expanded. Now THAT was confusing
  11. I'd need a pretty good reason to NOT install them.
  12. Yes, perfectly. what else would you expect it to do, other than transpose notes?
  13. It's still perfectly adequate and does the job efficiently and consistently.
  14. Hi Mark This is on a Dell XPS 17 9710 laptop. Single monitor only. Resolution is at 3840 x 2100 (recommended) Scaling is at 250% Hope this helps!
  15. Maybe check the Windows Registry to see if anything has been written there If you're comfortable editing the Registry that is.
  16. I've got a touchscreen on my laptop. This is what I get. And nothing is draggable or expandable 😄😄😄😄😄 I think something is broken
  17. What mess? Sort what out? Why do you feel betrayed? Great first post by the way. I'm sure you'll get all the help you need with that attitude 😃
  18. It's because you've got Ripple Edit All active Switch it off (blue rectangular box above the timeline)
  19. What are you talking about? Nice first ever post by the way 😏
  20. Exactly what I said in the other thread discussing Dim Pro, Rapture etc
  21. I~f you ever did own these plugins, you can access them from your Cakewalk Account. That's NOT the same as your Bandlab Account.
  22. in the realm of 24 bit recording this is extremely bad practice. There is absolutely no need to drive any track this hard. This isn't like analog tape when you could push it and get a musical result (that fabled analog warmth). Digital is much less forgiving. If it hits your converters at this level it will clip like crazy, and you will NOT like the result. And you are also leaving yourself no headroom whatsoever for mixing or mastering. Best practice is to make sure no track peaks higher than about -9dB to -12dB
