Should be ok provided any plugins are where the system thinks they are. Try it out, you have nothing to lose.

The Gloss EQ cannot be removed from the Pro Channel. Why you're seeing a blank icon for it is very strange. This is my list

It's ALL to do with the Theme Editor for the simple reason that the graphics are drawn in a totally different way.

Have you tried a Clean Install?

Common practice with Melodyne is to render each section as soon as you've finished editing.

Did Windows do an update in your absence?
