You should be able to hear the note by left-clicking the note using the Smart Tool. Another handy way of auditioning note/s is to press 'j' on your keyboard to enable scrub auditioning where you can drag the mouse cursor across the notes to hear them all. The 'j' key will toggle scrub audition on and off.

IK Multimedia has a free version of MODO BASS 2 CS that can be useful. It only comes with one bass model and isn't very configurable, but it sounds nice and is free. Here is the download page for all their free products: IK Multimedia FREE products

Dimension Pro is 1.5.5.16 on my Legacy Cakewalk Products page. I downloaded and reinstalled it and it shows as 'D-ProInstall_1.5.5.16' in the properties.

I'm seeing "T-Racks 6 Intro' at the very bottom of the Product Manager Software/All screen. When I click Install it starts to download. I haven't installed it but it looks like it's available in the Product Manager.

The three ways I have downloaded legacy Cakewalk products are 1: Login to the old Cakewalk site and sign in. The products I have registered are listed and most are available for download. 2: Use the Cakewalk Command Center. 3: Use the disks I purchased. The legacy Cakewalk site has links to your registered products as well as the Command Center. Are you unable to access the installation files on your other PC? https://legacy.cakewalk.com/My-Account/Login?ReturnUrl=%2fMy-Account%2fProducts

The TOOLS for UR-C download includes the latest Yamaha driver for the URC series interfaces. At least that's where I get it from for my URC22-C. There is also a separate download for just the Yamaha driver somewhere in this page. https://o.steinberg.net/en/support/downloads_hardware/downloads_ur_c.html

If you can reinstall the Cakewalk version that had the TTS-1 you will be able to use it with the newer versions of Cakewalk that don't include it. If you use the advanced installation option you can install just the TTS-1 and not the program files.

I'm not sure if this is the right place so if it needs to be moved that's cool. The 'Samsung 990 EVO SSD 2TB, PCIe Gen 4x4, Gen 5x2 M.2 2280 NVMe Internal Solid State Drive, Speeds Up to 5,000MB/s, Upgrade Storage for PC Computer, Laptop, MZ-V9E2T0B/AM, Black' is on sale right now at 42% off. Regular price $239.99, sale price $139. There's also a $9.01 coupon on the product page. Mine was delivered a few minutes ago and I'll be cracking my case open this weekend to install it, and 6 new RGB fans. To facilitate the drive upgrade I also bought a 'SABRENT USB 3.2 10Gbps Type C Tool Free Enclosure for M.2 PCIe NVMe and SATA SSDs (EC-SNVE) @ $29.99' so I can clone the internal system drive via USB before swapping the drives.

That has happened to me after the last couple of updates. When the 'Loading Products' screen lasts for more than a few seconds I close the program and then open it again, where it seems to work just fine.

Is that track a MIDI track or an Audio track? MIDI track volume sliders go from 0-127. To see your Audio Track volume slider options click the Down Arrow next to Display at the bottom. Then open Module Options/Meters to see what your options are.

One option you have is to buy a direct box with at least one XLR output and one 1/4" output. You can plug the 1/4" output into your amplifier and the XLR output into your audio interface. You can listen to your guitar through your amp and record your direct signal into the computer. This will solve any latency issues you might otherwise encounter.

MY bad. I haven't posted here in years. I will correct that immediately.

The one on the left is for the ProChannel. You can hide that using the Display button at the bottom. The one on the right appears to be just empty space.

I don't know to specifically do what you want, but you can isolate velocity ranges for editing using Process>Find/Change. Here's how I would do it. Duplicate the MIDI track so I'd have a track for every synth I wanted to play a certain velocity range and use Find/Change to select the notes in the range I DON'T want playing in that track and delete them. When I was done I'd have multiple MIDI tracks containing only the notes within the range I want each synth to play, and then assign those MIDI tracks to the synths I want to play them. Not very elegant but it would work.

Thanks much... appreciate it. I downloaded and installed it and it works fine. I did have a bit of confusion at first because I wasn't paying close attention and the default install location was C:\Program Files\VstPlugIns\Sweetcase , which is not scanned by my Cakewalk. Once I got that straightened out it was smooth sailing.

Maybe they shut down on weekends. I'll try again Monday. To tell the truth it's something I probably wouldn't use much because I already have Lounge Lizard, which sounds great, and I don't use it much either. I just like having different synths just in case I want to try something different.

I have both but when I click the YouTube icon another window opens for a second and vanishes, and then under the YouTube icon it says "Transport lost".

Cannot install Virgin Choir VST
Chaps replied to Loek van Kersbergen's topic in Instruments & Effects
Insert it as a Soft Synth with a MIDI Source Track. Enter notes using a Controller, Staff View or PRV in the MIDI track. That's how I did it and it works fine. I didn't try inserting it as an Instrument Track but I don't know why that wouldn't also work. I put the 64 bit .dll file in C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\VstPlugins . Virgin Choir, like all audio plug-ins, will only work in an Audio Track and you need a MIDI track to send data to the synth on the Audio Track. An Instrument Track is a combined MIDI and Audio track but you can't do as much with the MIDI in an Instrument track as you can with a MIDI track and Audio Track paired together. Try it both ways and see what works best for you. -
Looks cool. I wish I was able to download it.

¿Why plugins from Sound Forge appears inside of my cakewalk by Band Lab?
Chaps replied to Jose Guadalupe Garcia Garcia's question in Q&A
Open your Plug-in Manager and click Options. This gives you the list of the directories Cakewalk is scanning for plug-ins. Look in each directory to see if there are Sound Forge .dll files in them. Also, if you can see the Sound Forge .dll files in you plugin manager you can exclude them. -
Need to add a measure in the front of a song.
Chaps replied to Max Arwood's topic in Cakewalk by BandLab
Go to the beginning of the project. Pressing 'w' will do that. Then go to Project>Insert Time/Measure and select all the options you want to use. From the Reference Guide: Inserting time or measures into a project The Project > Insert Time/Measures command lets you insert any number of blank measures, ticks, seconds, or frames into a project. You can insert the blank measures (or other period of time) into all tracks or into one or more selected tracks. If you insert the blank time into the entire project, all events in each track—markers, meter and key settings, and tempo changes—are shifted automatically by default. If you insert the blank time into one or more selected tracks, only the events in those tracks are shifted by default. You can always choose which types of events should be shifted
