  1. Those 2 are like apples and oranges. You have to login to FL Studio at times. A lot of software is like that. I like how Reason does it. One machine keeps the offline license and you can install it on other machines and you just login in to use it. What's nice is the login remembers and you don't have to type.
  2. I watch everything in CC these days. It also drives kids crazy who rarely read these days,
  3. Got those. Replacing them with SSDs is costly.
  4. Anyone remember when Cakewalk moved from Usenet to a web forum? It use to be a nasty place. I remember a guy got torched for saying he didn't like the GUI of Sonar 6 and was done with them. The reputation made ti KVR as one person made a statement, "they got a beatdown Sonar style".
  5. I'm at the opinion of those who can't rearrange their life to score the giveaways is they get like a real heavy discount like at least 75% on the missed giveaway. It seems like a win for both sides. I guess the only drawback is running out of serials. The reality is some have gotten free stuff more than they bought. I'm not saying this in jealousy as I happen to be one of those who have gotten free products more than I bought from some developers.
  6. Sounds like a great topic for the coffee house. Oddly enough the ones I see rewarding users are ones that have free lifetime updates.
  7. Not seeing this one at AAS or anywhere else.
  8. A free DAW that gets updated more than Reason.
  9. I do find loops interesting but I'm less into Trap.
  10. How do you get it? I bought it and there's a serial # and it doesn't work on anything. Odd that I had to register it at Best Service to get it.
  11. One of the few places that has loops that are not royalty free.
  12. That Gothic Choir keeps calling me. I may have to go for this.

    UJAM Iron 2

I have 2 electrics and 2 basses in one room and an acoustic in another. Maybe I should spend some time playing them. That doesn't cost any money. What I like about UJAM and AAS is they don't take up lots of drive space.
  14. Reminds me of another company where what you have doesn't really get credited to a bundle.
  15. I bought some of those separately. Not sure Neorverb and Rx 9 are worth the upgrade price. I bought the deal a long time ago when Groove 3 offered a continuous monthly payment for a nice price, Melodyne isn't a real push over the line since most DAWs off that license. I have plenty of licenses. Some of that also came with Ozone 9 advance. Izotopes loyalty upgrade is odd.
  16. I have the previous version. I don't even know what the new version is. What stuff have your removed? I'm looking for advice on removing some of their pianos. I'll keep the Giant, Una Corda and Alicia Keys. I'm not sure The Maverick, Gentlemen, Granduer are really needed. I'm not really into elaborate pianos anymore and prefer smaller size since I still load from a HDD. I've removed most of the Abbey Road libraries and Scarbee Keys.
  17. Some have the attitude of treating developers like a charity. Oddly enough there are developers who have the option to donate. Those developers probably want to quit their day job and do development full time. They should feel fortunate they can get paid for their hobby.
  18. At the price you are basically getting iLok reverbs.
  19. That's about it. I have multiple licenses of just about everything IK.
  20. Inflating prices and and claims of massive discounts are nothing new. I never understood why list price and actual price is listed for every guitar. Yes, he got a bad rep when it fist library was $$$ and reduced it to $$. I just look at the bottom line.
  21. I used mine for extra copies of Syntronic libraries.
  22. Are you also allowed the option to download the library?
