Evidently, the copyright owner, or a record company, or a production house, or a corporate entity representing one of the above or youtube pursuant to a takedown notice, or a lawyer representing one of the above, or someone, somewhere, etc. took down the video for some unknown and/or "stupid" reason. I guess that's part of the rules of the game, so to speak. Following the 808 --> 909 chain, I posted "One After 909."

Thanks for sharing this info. A few days ago I wondered about the formula they use. Personally, I like the way they reward loyal customers with the Missing Packs offers (in addition to some very positive support experiences I've had). My price for the 2 new banks was $9.50 each. I thought about waiting, but I had the money now and no guarantee I'd have it later. By the way, for those who still only have the SONAR Editions of the Sessions Instruments and might want them for use with other DAWS/Hosts, the A.A.S. Fanatical Bundle still has 14 more days. Most A.A.S. fans here probably have those Packs (Cardinals, Plastic Pop, and Aftermath) and probably have one or more of the full versions of the Instruments (Strum, Lounge Lizard, and Ultra Analog), but for those new to A.A.S., the $10 Bundle might be a good way to start.

Can't go wrong with George Carlin in my opinion! Talking about Firesign Theatre, when I was active in my college's radio station, we subscribed to their radio shows. I seem to recall they came in on vinyl, but that was decades ago [confirmed per wikipedia]. It looks like someone has remastered them. I haven't listened to them to see if they are what I remember, but the dates are right. Thanks for jogging my memory; I haven't thought of them in half a century! It looks like the versions we subscribed to were the one-hour edited national syndicated versions trimmed from the originals.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained: I had several very positive experiences politely asking for things from a few music software makers, some experiences that were positive, and a few that left me wondering if I was being considered a valued customer who would have shown appreciation if they had provided a more positive outcome. I just messaged Arturia explaining my circumstances (new to their products, what I had, etc.) and asked if I could be "selected" for the $29 promo. After playing with the full version in Demo Mode, I decided I could definitely make use of its advanced features. Even before I had a chance to post this, I got a reply asking "Which offer?" After another e-mail exchange, it is now clear that I don't qualify for the deal because I did not register Augmented Strings Intro. (I couldn't because I did not receive a code. ) However, if anyone did register Augmented Strings Intro and wants the $29 offer, there's nothing to lose by contacting support. They were very prompt to reply! ?

You might be interested in getting an unregistered copy of the full version and running it in Demo Mode. There's a bunch of presets plus you can play with the Layers as well as other parameters such as Modulation, FX, Macros and the Arpreggiator to get a feel for those. There might be a down side in that it might lock out the $29 deal. I do not understand how Arturia's marketing works.

Please note: the $29 offer seems to be just for some [selected] Augmented Strings Intro users, not all Augmented Strings Intro users.

Use the trash bin at the bottom when you edit. I have also done it from "My Attachements" but its easier from the editor.

TY. I got back to the page where I can allegedly get it free, but that link only goes to the Sorry, that's not available web page. I will finish installing the demo to see if that unlocks the offer. Nope. I made the assumption that because I had Augmented Strings in Analog Lab V Intro, that was equivalent to Augmented Strings Intro. Maybe they have Intro for a whole bunch of individual products. How does someone get Augmented Strings Intro?

I am new to the Arturia Ecosystem and only have Analog Lab V Intro and Buchla Easel. Does anyone know what's needed to qualify for the $29 deal on _Augmented Strings? (I just downloaded the free demo to see if that will unlock the special offer.)

moved on to the "entire album" [playlist for Open Album Side B]:

With the Easel, I am getting a good feel for how the Lab allows for actual preset editing. I was not overly impressed by Intro's factory presets (many of the free expansion packs are better!) and since all the $69 would buy is more presets that cannot be edited (except for FX), if I get into Arturia software synths, it would be better for me to use the $69 towards the larger editable bundle. Not sure it will be this Black Friday or the next one.

Thanks for asking because it prompted me to looking into Arturia's Ecosystem and found (1) some free sounds for my Analog Lab Intro, (2) an offer to upgrade to Analog Lab V for $69, and (3) a whole lot of experience clicking buttons on the Arturia Website and in Analog Lab Intro. With only Analog Lab Intro and the Buchla Easel V, I can upgrade to the V Collection 9 for $499 via Auturia. However, Music Software Deals lists it at two places for less. I hope this information is useful to you. Its the least I can do for inspiring me to look around at Arturia's Free Sounds!

Please add "Narrow All Strips" Keyboard Shortcut

I have it available under Area: Console View. It works for me when I am focused on the Console. Are you asking for it to be a Global Binding? -
internal error: CallSpawnServer: Unexpected response: $0
User 905133 replied to treesha's topic in Cakewalk by BandLab
I haven't gotten this error myself (possibly because I don't seem to use plug-ins that remove files Cakewalk needs), but thanks for mentioning the other thread in case I do run into this situation. I often tend to forget posts that I have no experience with. Even though tam's diatribe was overwhelmingly way too over the top for me, I suppose tam merits credit for an assist here. Peace! -
To me key signature (the number of sharps or flats on a staff) and transposition (the shifting of pitches applied to all selected midi notes) are two different things. I remember this thread from 2020. Not sure it directly addresses your issues, but maybe.

Seeing same console view colors/icons in track view on MIDI tracks
User 905133 replied to Sven's topic in Cakewalk by BandLab
When I insert a midi track or split an instrument track, the midi track starts with a 5-pin din icon. I just inserted a soft synth (simple synth), changed it green with the track color picker , and then split it. The MIDI track was green, the audio track was the default color. Did you test all insertion methods, all background color selection methods, various sequencing of saving and reloading the project, moving tracks, etc.? I don't have the time to try the various combinations at the moment. Sometimes factors like these change results. Hope this helps. Test 2: Inserted a MIDI track, inserted an instrument, changed the color of each to green, pointed each to the same instance of the soft synth, merged them into an instrument track, changed the color to purple, split the combined track. Result: Midi Track was purple, Instrument/Audio Track was green. -
That was it. It was still in my cart from the last time it was $37 and disappeared at that price, so it was billing me twice tonight. I had already cancelled it, so it was back to zero, but by stepping through the pages, I saw that there were two in the cart.
