  1. It’s a plug-in 99% of the time. Bypass all and bounce or export. As David said above, if that works, then you can narrow down the culprit. I’m thinking there is something new in this project. HTH, t
  2. "bounce to clip" doesn't bring up a dialog box for me, it just "applies" any edits I've made to the clip, or creates one continuous clip if a track is populated with numerous clips. When I bounce tracks, under "WHAT TO BOUNCE", I select "Source Category Buses". Of course, that ticks all buses and then I have to untick all but the MASTER. HTH, t
  3. The download for Sonar by CakeWalk (SbC) is at the bottom of this page. SbC see pic below HTH, t Now I understand that @RexRed you are probably lamenting the fact that Sonar by CakeWalk has not had a "Grand Launch", well that's not happening yet; for whatever reason. BUT SbC is no longer in BETA, this is the program as it sits right now, available via BandLab's Backstage Pass. It will update periodically as CbB always has...
  4. Marc, I direct my MASTER buss (which has all my “mastering” plugins) to the ARC buss (so named because I use IKM’s ARC correction) and the ARC buss is set to the UFX speaker outs. I also have a PHONES buss that has SonarWorks headphone correction (I use a send from the MASTER to feed the PHONES buss that is routed to the headphone amp). Mixes are bounced off the MASTER, so I never have to worry about “burning” in a correction. HTH, t
  5. @Pathfinder I think maybe folks are confused by your question. CakeWalk requires no samples. The DAW CakeWalk by BandLab will install itself to the C drive, as well it should. The CakeWalk Product Center will install Studio Instruments and Drum Replacer. Both of which do have samples. I installed Studio Instruments long ago and at that time I did use a mklink to put the samples on the "sample" drive. I'm not sure where Product Center wants to put it or the samples for Drum Replacer (I've never installed Drum Replacer). HTH, t You can find the link to The Product Center here. It will install CbB as well, you will need your username and password.
  6. Yeah, fatigue. It lasted several days before it started getting better. Just had to tough it out. Rest. It’ll get better. GWS t
  7. FACT CHECK: Aretha Franklin Queen of Piano I won't even go into her songwriting credits. Not trying to call you out @Starship Krupa, but please, never take the Queen of Soul's name in vain. t
  8. I logged in two days ago, the 25th, did some updates, and had no issues at all. I know that doesn't help, but... t
  9. It is indeed Sunday. Unfortunately I will have to circle back later to have a listen. Busy morning. t
  10. Broken record here. These are NOT generic serial numbers. You “pick six” at time of purchase. Well you know the drill, check Best Service for “best” price on generic sixes. That is all… t
  11. @Howard B Any of Sonar 1 thru 8.5 run fine on my Win 7x86 rig. (x86 being best for 4gb of ram) As do Sonar X1, X2 or X3. Your best bet, IMHO, would be Sonar Platinum if you have it. All of these should be available for download from the old Command Center. You'll have to sift thru the forum to get the new web address for the CC. HTH, t
  12. If you paid by CC; dispute the charge. Same thing with PayPal. t
  13. Yep, gotta agree there. Very Simonesque! ?'s ? t Welcome to the TT eco system, I've listed links to the TT midi six packs below; by far the best "value". Drum Midi Six Pack EXKeys Midi Six Pack EZBass Midi Six Pack The only thing I haven't found is a good tutorial on using TT's "Drop Zone". Dropping midi into Bandmate generally returns pretty good results and is pretty EZ (see what i did there?)
  14. @Stephen Power You are wasting your time in this thread. Check the link I posted above. Lots of discussion there... HTH, t
  15. Might want to check this thread in Deals if interested: Luna Free t
  16. Looks like a prime candidate for one of “six pack” generic serials. Hey @Bapu “installed”? t
  17. @Timothy Brickleyhave you gone to the help menu and selected “Check for Updates “?
  18. You can't. You will have to Sign into your BandLab account every time the software requests it. At some point CakeWalk by BandLab will no longer re-activate. "When" you ask? Well, that's the 64 thousand dollar question, isn't it? As of yet there is no timeline for when Sonar will be released and CakeWalk will cease to function... t
  19. Read through this thread, the answer lies within: HTH, t
  20. @Adam Gill the answer is in the linked thread. HTH, t
  21. "Best" deal is still BestService midi six packs. These are "generic" serials that you can use one at a time, anytime. Drum Midi Six Pack EXKeys Midi Six Pack EZBass Midi Six Pack All six packs are $109.50 (18.25 each). Plus, the $3.57 "BestCoin", gets the each price down to $17.66. You can thank me later. Are there any ToonTrack users that are NOT hip to this? t
