Add New Controller to PRV if CC is Not Listed in Value Menu

Sorry for the convoluted title, my Cakewalk terminology is limited.

I'm trying to add CC 15 to the PRV, but when I 'add new controller', the drop-down menu under 'value' does not include CC 15 (and quite a few others, too). Is there a way to add it other than using the menu? Photo attached and thanks for any help offered.

I just tried it and you can just type the CC number manually into that field. Those are just the ones that have a default use.

.....Or you have configured Cakewalk to show....

This makes sense from an "intuitive/non-intuitive" perspective.  Nowadays, most drop down menus in the world seem to prevent users from typing choices.  Classic example: having to scroll through a long list of locations (such as US States) in a web-form instead of being able to type a 2 letter abbreviation.
