I got the Immersive version.  Does some really rad stuff in an Atmos environment and it well thought out, but I feel it could use more presets for what I paid for it.  Plenty of 'sound design' stuff though.  It's less exciting in stereo, but a no brainer if you find a price mistake @ 40 bucks.  I'd really only consider it at this price if you plan to eventually find a deal on an upgrade path to the immersive version.

I have a number of their plugins as was intrigued enough to pay the $139. I love stereo effects and look forward to playing with this.

I think so too, but alas I have neither the budget nor the system to try it on. So stereo's ok for me.
